Hannoush jewelers will NOT stand behind their own trade in policy. When I tried to upgrade my engagement ring (which I purchased from them and had all of the relevant paperwork on) I went to the store and began to look for a bigger diamond. When I found the one I wanted to buy, they quoted me a price of $8,500. However, when they found out I had a trade in, they raised the price of the ring to $11,500!!!!! A $3,000 increase !!!!! So in reality, they are only willing to give you a fraction of what you paid for your original ring no matter what their policy states. They are unethical and play pricing games. If you are EVER considering trading up on your engagement ring, don't buy it from them!
