Hanford Ranch Winery truly is Galt’s best kept secret. It is a hidden gem. As soon as my fiance and I took a tour, we fell in love with it. I have to say, melissa and preston were extremely kind, approachable, quick to respond, and truly cared about making our dream wedding come true. Thats something i cant say about too many venues/vendors that I came across when planning our wedding. They took the time to get to know us and our families, and made us feel like we were a part of theirs. Anyone considering booking this venue, DO IT! I HIGHLY recommend!! And if anyone has any questions about our experience please contact me, i vouch for this venue 1,000%.

Melissa and Preston are awesome, and the venue is absolutely beautiful. All of our guests raved about the views and how friendly the staff was throughout the wedding. We lived that there were no noisy roads or complaining neighbors, just open vineyard and ranches surrounding the venue. We are so grateful to have found such a nice place and such amazing people. I will 100% recommend to everyone I know!

My fiancé and I got engaged about 3 months ago. Right away we started looking for venues, our first one on the list was Hanford ranch and to be completely honest for us no other venue came closer. What I loved about it all was through the stressful process of finding a venue Melissa would check in to see how we were doing. I truly think she would have been happy for us either way. Our initial encounter was great. She was helpful and provided more than enough details about the venue. Once we decided to choose the location we went through the whole contract and there was no rock left Unturned. It is unfortunate with the wedding down below but even before we went over the contract, the day of the first meeting Melissa had told us about the process of renting a tent and the permits that went along with it. Our wedding is in 2019 but I can truly say that this has been a great so far. Any questions that we have had, she has called, emailed or texted in a timely manner. I’m pretty sure the review I leave after my wedding will be even better than this one but I highly recommend this venue. Great views, great management and well I truly don’t have anything bad to say. Looking forward to planning this wedding and getting married at this stunning venue. Side note: I love that they are always improving the venue. I’m sure by 2019 there will be more additions!!!

Hanford Ranch Winery is an absolute georgeous Wedding venue. I got married October 21,2017 and couldn't have picked a better place. Melissa and Preston are the absolute nicest people I have dealt with in the Wedding industry. Very professional and accommodating. There was a chance that the weather wouldn't coporate, however they were there to help and make recommendations. Hanford Ranch also had many different wedding ceremony sites to pick from on the property and you truly couldn't go wrong with either one, truly beautiful. The property over looks a cattle pasture and vineyards, sun sets are absolutely beautiful!! If I had to do this all over again I would still choose Hanford Ranch winery 110%!!

To our unbelievable surprise, we found the perfect venue by accident, right in our own back yard, Hanford Ranch Winery. After scheduling a viewing, within minutes of arriving, Hanford Winery was the perfect venue for Veronica and Jaime’s wedding. It felt like wandering through a secret paradise of peace and quiet, tranquility, and sense of being with Nature. The gardens speak for themselves as a stunning back drop, and unlike so many other wedding venues, you don’t feel like you’re on a conveyor belt with the next wedding lined up after you. We really had a sense of exclusivity as if the place was our very own. It was the perfect intimate place Veronica and Jaime were looking for. Hanford Winery became our “Heaven on a Hill”. Being able to hold both the ceremony and the reception on-site was also a huge positive. The personal care and attention we received from Melissa and Presley, offering advice on things that we had not even thought about. Melissa was fantastic with respect to recommending local suppliers and responding to our queries in super quick time. We have had so many wonderful comments from our family and friends who said that they had never been to a wedding venue like Hanford Winery before. Everyone has commented on how beautiful the venue is.  Melissa and Presley, where do we begin, with our gratitude and thanks to you and your team? We found the venue by accident, the best kept secret in California, and all it took was one visit and we had fallen in love with Hanford Winery, and knew the search was over.. Best wedding decision made!!!
As a type A, controlling and very caring made of honor to my best friend and my sister, I wanted to make sure she got the best wedding venue possible because incredible people should get incredible venues, right?
My sister lives across the country but was getting married in CA so my mom and I did most of the planning. Choosing Hanford Ranch WInery was by far one of the BEST decisions we made with wedding planning. Melissa & Preston are not only professional and super easy to work with because of their immaculate communication skills, they also quickly treat you like family rather than just another client. The detail and attention Melissa & Preston gave to my whole entire family was honestly a little surprising; we weren't just another wedding and paycheck to them.
Now in regards to the actual venue itself, words cannot do it justice! It is beyond the most elegant adjective you can think of. Everything about this venue is absolutely perfect. A gorgeous setting with a perfect view of the sunset daily with a glass of fine wine in one hand and the person you love at the other doesn't get any better but here.
"As a mother, every part of you wants to give your children, especially your first born, everything they deserve. With my oldest daughter I knew that would be tough becuase she has done so much for me and even helped raise her siblings while I was at work. However, with Hanford Ranch Winery, I was able to exceed her dream wedding!"

My fiancé and I just recently became engaged about a month ago. We knew we wanted to get married at a winery with great views and large enough to accommodate our large family. We also wanted a place where we could both get ready on the site. It ended up being that and so much more. We came here today planning on ONLY getting a tour and to later visit other wineries. But instead we ended up booking our wedding!! We are so excited and can not wait to work with Melissa and Preston. They treated us like family. Melissa was so helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. We did asked the owners about the yelp reviews below considering we set our wedding date during the rainy season. They had nothing to hide and were willing to answer any questions or doubts we had about booking after reading these horrible reviews. Its unfortunate what happened to the wedding down below. Thank goodness the rain cleared up for you all and it does sound like everything went smoothly with all things considering. It seems like it was a good idea to get a tent after all because it does get pretty cold during this time. But in my eyes it is totally worth it. There is always two sides to every story. I can't imagine two people like Preston and Melissa trying to do anything to jeopardize someones special day. They said that they are willing to help us in anyway possible when our big day comes. We ended up spending the entire day here because we liked it so much!! This place is truly a hidden gem. Thank you again Melissa and Preston! 5 starts to you both and this beautiful place! When planning weddings, I am always searching for the perfect combination of venue and proprietors. Hanford Ranch Winery and Melissa and Preston are that and more. The location was a complete surprise, a beautiful hillside rising from the surrounding flat vineyards and farmlands with 360 degree views. The layout and landscaping is stunning with multiple staging areas and photo ops. The attention to detail, warmth, charm and desire to please that Melissa and Preston give their clients is over the top.
