I had hammann's cater food for my wedding and it was amazing! I had so many compliments about the food during the wedding and it made me so happy! Jamie is who I talked to during the time leading up to the wedding and she always responded so quickly. She accommodated to all of my changes and add on's. They provided hot chocolate, coffee, and appetizers along with the main course. The staff were all so kind during the night of the wedding. They made sure that myself and my husband were well taken care of. If you are looking for AMAZING food for your wedding, book Hammann's catering!!

Hammann's Catering was able to provide exactly what we were looking for for catering. They offered dozens of options for any type of event and the set up looked amazing. We went with Italian style food and all of our guests enjoyed the lasagna and chicken alfredo. The service was professional and clean and we really enjoyed the tasting and consultation.

My husband and I used Hammann's Catering for our wedding in May 2019. We purchased the Signature Buffett for 99 people. While we did very much enjoy our tasting, the buffet food itself was even better! Many of our guests complimented me on the appetizers as well as the main course. The bar bill was extremely reasonable and the bartenders were a big hit with the guests. I would recommend this company and their food/drinks over and over again. Thanks Hammann's!

We received SO MANY compliments on how great our food was! We chose the Four Corners package, with a salad bar, mashed potato bar, prime rib, and a pasta bar with pork medallions, sausage & chicken options with white & red sauces. Everyone loved the mashed potatoes, which were served in plastic martini glasses (so cute!). The food was hot, and every bite was wonderful. Rob, Beth & Paige were all great to work with via email. Polite, professional, and quick to respond!

Hammann's was an amazing caterer. I received nothing but compliments on the food at my wedding. The honey bourbon salmon is to die for! The mashed potatoes were so creamy and the mac and cheese is like home made baked deliciousness. The chicken with white wine sauce oh mah lord! If you want seriously great food that your guests will talk about all night for a reasonable cost go to Hamman's!

In planning our wedding, it was important for both of our family's cultures to be represented. Rob and Beth worked incredibly hard to meet our desires. Along with their chef, they created an Indian appetizer menu that they had never done before, and our families raved about them. On the day of the wedding, Blake and his team were extremely hospitable, professional, and friendly to all of our guests. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves.

In addition to the Indian appetizers, we chose the Signature Wedding Buffet; Grandpa Hammann's Fried Chicken and the Smoked Beef Brisket were both out of this world, as were the sides. There was more than enough food for everyone, and the team took great care in boxing everything up for us.

We can't recommend Hammann's enough; we will definitely look to use them again for future events!
