  Delicious food

  I had hammann's cater food for my wedding and it was amazing! I had so many compliments about the food during the wedding and it made me so happy! Jamie is who I talked to during the time leading up to the wedding and she always responded so quickly. She accommodated to all of my changes and add on's. They provided hot chocolate, coffee, and appetizers along with the main course. The staff were all so kind during the night of the wedding. They made sure that myself and my husband were well taken care of. If you are looking for AMAZING food for your wedding, book Hammann's catering!!

  I had hammann's cater food for my wedding and it was amazing! I had so many compliments about the food during the wedding and it made me so happy! Jamie is who I talked to during the time leading up to the wedding and she always responded so quickly. She accommodated to all of my changes and add on's. They provided hot chocolate, coffee, and appetizers along with the main course. The staff were all so kind during the night of the wedding.   Wonderful Experience

  We were very pleased with every aspect of Hammann's Catering! Staff was professional and respectful to all, not to mention the food was deliciously amazing!!
  They also helped with the Champagne toast and cutting the cake!
  So very glad we chose Hammann's ❤ 😊

  Amazing Food!

  Hammann's Catering was able to provide exactly what we were looking for for catering. They offered dozens of options for any type of event and the set up looked amazing. We went with Italian style food and all of our guests enjoyed the lasagna and chicken alfredo. The service was professional and clean and we really enjoyed the tasting and consultation.

  Delicious food and stressfree experience

  My husband and I used Hammann's Catering for our wedding in May 2019. We purchased the Signature Buffett for 99 people. While we did very much enjoy our tasting, the buffet food itself was even better! Many of our guests complimented me on the appetizers as well as the main course. The bar bill was extremely reasonable and the bartenders were a big hit with the guests. I would recommend this company and their food/drinks over and over again. Thanks Hammann's!

  We received SO MANY compliments on how great our food was! We chose the Four Corners package, with a salad bar, mashed potato bar, prime rib, and a pasta bar with pork medallions, sausage & chicken options with white & red sauces. Everyone loved the mashed potatoes, which were served in plastic martini glasses (so cute!). The food was hot, and every bite was wonderful. Rob, Beth & Paige were all great to work with via email. Polite, professional, and quick to respond!

  Hammann's was an amazing caterer. I received nothing but compliments on the food at my wedding. The honey bourbon salmon is to die for! The mashed potatoes were so creamy and the mac and cheese is like home made baked deliciousness. The chicken with white wine sauce oh mah lord! If you want seriously great food that your guests will talk about all night for a reasonable cost go to Hamman's!

Along with their chef, they created an Indian appetizer menu that they had never done before, and our families raved about them. On the day of the wedding, Blake and his team were extremely hospitable, professional, and friendly to all of our guests. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves.
  
  In addition to the Indian appetizers, we chose the Signature Wedding Buffet; Grandpa Hammann's Fried Chicken and the Smoked Beef Brisket were both out of this world, as were the sides. There was more than enough food for everyone, and the team took great care in boxing everything up for us.
  
  We can't recommend Hammann's enough; we will definitely look to use them again for future events!

  Hammann's catering was more than we could have expected. They beyond surpassed our expectations. Food was excellent. Our wedding guests raved about how delicious the garlic mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese were ?

  When I first made contact with Rob I mentioned to him that I had a specific menu in mind to match our theme. I did not see it on his website but after talking with him I had confidence that he knew what I was looking for. When I brought my parents to our first meeting to taste the food we were absolutely blown away by the effort he put in to create our perfect menu. We could see the excitement Rob had by what he put together for us and we knew instantly he was the man for the job. And what a job he did!! 2 weeks after our wedding we still have guests talking about how delicious our food was. Not only did he cater our wedding but he also catered our rehearsal dinner, which was a last minute change of plans, and that was a perfect backyard BBQ! I cannot express enough what an amazing job he and his team did to create our perfect Caribbean menu. Thank you Rob!!

  Hammanns Catering provided AMAZING food for our buffet! It was not the typical "wedding" food because it was so much better!! We has smoked pulled pork and steak and it was all hot and very delicious!! They also provided a full service bar for us too and kept the drinks flowing all night! I would highly recommend them! Rob is a great guy to work with!

The food is delicious... even the leftovers we ate after our wedding was over tasted great! Hammanns was always easy to get a hold of if we had any questions... and they always had good answers to help us out.

  "The best brisket I've ever tasted" - like 30 of our guests

  We had the Texas barbecue package with an on-site smoker for our wedding this fall for 130 guests. The food was absolutely amazing! Everything was so delicious including the several vegetarian meals we asked for. They were very flexible to work with and affordable! Highly recommend!

  Hammann's employees were incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in the store and the owner is extremely personable. For our tasting, they were very accommodating and allowed us to bring both sets of parents. The food was delicious with plenty of choices. They have been very helpful with all questions, and guided us to make the best package for us.

  Integrity in a caterer is so hard to find, but Rob Hammann has it. I have never worked with a caterer who is as flexible and accommodating. Except for one miscommunication which wasn't his fault, his work on our wedding was exceptional!

  Hammanns' food was one of the best tasting food that I have had at a wedding, probably ever! That is why we picked them. Rob and his staff was wonderful when setting up the details for our wedding reception. I am disappointed that we ran out of one kind of meat before 3 tables were able to get their food. I had given the caterer 20 more people than I had expected and of course some people didn't show up. There should've been plenty of meat for those 24 people. There was enough of the other food for them, the groom and I had just built up the beef brisket so much we wanted everyone to taste it! They also didn't provide coffee service for us when we had made plans to do so. After the reception, I emailed and received an apology but not really a reason as to why. The staff that worked the reception we phenomenal! They did a great job during the event. I would recommend Hammanns' because my guests are still raving about how great the food was and in the big picture that is what matters!

  Hammann's refuses to post their prices

  Hammann's Catering refuses to post their prices on any of their salads/dips.. they insist that you ask the prices for ea and every item !!..
  Which is not good for :
  Esp’ly when speaking less is desired w/ the masks. ; and
  We should be able to see the prices [so that I can decide] while waiting [w/o having to ask.].. [..w/o having a clerk wait for me to decide.].
  we have to ask the price for ea and every item we may be interested in..
  Or as told.. ‘go to your online site’ to find the prices!
