The food was delicious. Everyone kept raving. The turn key options are so easy and alleviate so much of the work of coming up with a menu.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful Halyards Catering is to work with. Michael and his crew catered our welcome dinner and reception this past December and both nights were delicious! Michael went above and beyond. He battled very chilly weather at our open air welcome dinner but made sure our low country boil and fried chicken were hot and fresh for the whole evening. Everyone raved about the food from both evenings. Michael made sure everything was perfect from start to finish for our weekend. He has a wonderful staff as well. We are thrilled Halyards was able to cater our event and would recommend them to anyone for the perfect combination of amazing food and unmatched service.

Jessica was a dream to work with at Halyard's! She was very accommodating, easy to work with and brought many suggestions and recommendations to the table. Our tasting with her was delicious! The day of our wedding was no different. Our venue doesn't have a kitchen area on site so they had to bring their own equipment and cook in a tent off to the side of our main tent for the reception. We ended up running an hour behind and the food was still delicious and warm! How they managed that with us running an hour late with a 200 person plus buffet I have no idea, but that is how excellent they are! I had several guests ask who our caterer was and said they had to try their restaurant! Between the tasty appetizers and amazing dinner, if we had to choose a caterer again I would not hesitate to choose Jessica and the Halyard's team again!

Our food was wonderful! We had pieces of bacon as an appetizer and pulled pork and it was all anyone could talk about! We kept hearing our guests comment on how good the food was! Jessica was a major help, and answered any and all questions that we had. If I had to do it all over again, I would make sure I doubled the bacon!
