Our wedding experience was nothing short of a fairytale, and we owe it all to the incredible efforts of our wedding planner, Michelle. From the very beginning, she demonstrated an unparalleled level of professionalism, poise, and problem-solving skills that made our journey to the altar smooth and stress-free.

Initially, our chosen wedding venue turned out to be a chaotic mess with countless complications, but Michelle navigated through the challenges with remarkable grace. Her ability to handle unexpected situations and keep everything on track assured us that we were in capable hands. Even when the original venue fell through just three weeks before the big day, leaving us in a panic, Michelle swooped in like a guardian angel.

Her swift and efficient action in moving every detail of our 200-person celebration to the stunning Vizcaya venue was nothing short of miraculous. Michelle's dedication and tireless work ethic ensured that our dream wedding not only proceeded as planned but surpassed all our expectations.

Many people warned us to expect the unexpected on our wedding day, but with Michelle as our planner, we experienced a flawless event. Her meticulous attention to detail, seamless coordination, and the ability to handle any potential hiccups behind the scenes left us completely unaware of any challenges. Michelle is amazing as a wedding planner. She thinks of all the details, has contingency plans in place and super organized. She utilizes a great program to help you communicate with her and her staff as well as help you stay organized as well. Michelle helped me stay calm throughout the whole process and had so many added touches to her service. She is the person you need on your wedding day. She cares about her clients and does everything she can to make sure your event is spectacular. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

I met Michelle when she helped planned my mom's wedding in 2016. I knew from then that when I got engaged I would be asking for her help. So when my husband proposed in 2018, I emailed her ready to get to work on what ended up being the best wedding ever.

She worked diligently with me and my husband, even with us living in NYC (1,000+ miles away from Miami). Michelle always answered our questions, calmed our nerves, and talked straight with us. When COVID hit and threw everything for a loop, she was there helping to coordinate with all our vendors to postpone the wedding from November 2020 to June 2021.

No matter the trouble, she cleared the way and let us have an amazing wedding. I honestly couldn't have imagined it any better.

There were no cons with the work or attention we received. Above and beyond service, great connection to other vendors, and affordable for all brides.

Finally getting around to review Michelle for our Wedding on March 16th, 2019! Let's just say that I believe Michelle is the calmest, most patient person in the industry that I have met. I am a control-freak in the very sense of the word, and having Michelle by my side, especially on the days leading up to my Wedding, was wonderful. Her organizational skills are top notch and she kept me on track with weekly calls and tasks. She understood and collaborated in creating my vision and we were able to put it together and make it reality. As always, there are going to be unexpected things that come up the day of -- however, Michelle and her assistant Savannah, made everything run much smoother while I was enjoying my day.

Once you’re past the engagement buzz, hurry up and give your wedding to Michelle because my husband and I can’t tell you how relieved we were to have Michelle there through all the wedding ups, downs, bookings, cancellations, cakes tastings, and flower set-ups.

She will treat you like a couple getting married, not a number or a budget figure. You’ll love her adorable dog and if you ask her, she’ll bring him to as many vendor meetings she can.

Want someone that stays calm and professional even when something goes wrong during the wedding? The week before our wedding, the restaurant we picked for our rehearsal dinner told us they never got our confirmation and booked another group over our date which was the day before our wedding. Being the bride at the time, it was only my duty to have a slight panic attack. (HA!) This is why you hire Michelle. She called what felt like a million other restaurants, looked through another million different types of menu options and we picked a closer, friendlier, better tasting rehearsal dinner location than Restaurant A. She doesn't let any hiccups bog her down and she remains agile in a situation.

Michelle also has a ton of contacts! Go with Full Service because she can help you with EVERY vendor for you wedding from the perfect venue to someone to cut the groom's hair on wedding day. We had our wedding at MAPS and it was so unique and exactly what my husband and I were envisioning. We even had some specific vendors we wanted to use, and she worked with them making sure they knew the layouts and were in the loop with any timelines or paperwork they needed.

And even if you decide to have her there for Day of Service, you’ll think she has a workforce of 100 people! We decided to do photos at our venue before the wedding and caught a glimpse of the hustle and bustle that goes on behind the scenes and she should win an Emmy because she’s a phenomenal wedding director! Her texts throughout the day of the wedding to check-up on me, to make sure the bridesmaids remembered to feed me, and knowing she was making sure all the vendors were on time was a big weight off my shoulders. Her attention to detail and organization shone through and even her real concern for everyone shows how true and real she is.

Working with all the vendors during our two-year engagement and wedding planning was amazing. If we could, we’d get married every year just to work with everyone and go through all the fun decision making again. Having Michelle there for the two-years of planning transitioned from calling her our wedding planner to being a close friend to my husband and I. Getting married is a really personal moment and we are so glad it was Michelle that got us to our Happily Leverly After!

Michelle and her team created such a flawless experience, I can only hope you also get to have the same! She helped me a few months before the wedding and her day of support was the best decision I made. We had a lot of changes due to weather and she took them all in stride! Can't recommend her enough.

Michelle was our wedding day of planner and did a very good job. She was able to work with our busy schedule and was very professional.

Michelle and the Halo team were everything I ever needed the last month to my wedding! Michelle took control of every task, vendor, missing piece, etc. so I didn't have to worry about one detail on the day. I believe she was the most important vendor I hired. Michelle would schedule a call with us at least once a week to go over every detail and would recommend information if we were missing any parts of the process (the little things you don't know about weddings). A week out, she built an elaborate timeline from Rehearsal on; one timeline for the wedding party and one for the vendors. On the day, she managed and took charge and made sure every thing was in place. She was on call for anything we needed and to deal with all the vendors arrival/setup. I would recommend her to anyone!

Michelle, of Halo Events was the “day of “ Coordinator for my daughter's wedding yesterday. I put “day of” in quotations because it is a lot more than one day. Michelle worked for several months on my daughter’s wedding, being more and more present in the last 6 weeks. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized and very patient but I think her greatest strength is her calmness. When my daughter, her husband or myself were getting nervous about anything she always had a great way of keeping herself and us calm which helped us so much. Although the weather didn’t cooperate, she insured that my daughter and new husband had the wedding of their dreams. I would not hesitate in recommending her for your upcoming wedding.
