A very nice ballroom. The staff was very professional and responded to every request. The food was excellent and room looked great. Would definitely go back.

Loved hale ikena :). Food was good and alcohol was cheap.

We had a lunch reception with 100 guests (no alcohol) and only paid around $2200! (Including pupus & fruit punch) The food was an all you can eat buffet of Hawaiian food and it was very good! (Malihini lunch buffet) Our guests were still talking about the food long after the wedding was over.

The room we got (Pikake ballroom 3) was SMALL. I was shocked at how small it was. :/ Very tight but it served its purpose.

The communication was lacking a bit. I had a hard time getting someone to call me back or respond to my emails. :/ Sometimes it took over a month to hear back. As it got closer to the wedding it got better and in the end all our concerns were taken care of 3 weeks before the wedding. :)

If you are on a budget and are trying to keep your wedding under $5,000 I would recommend checking this place out. There was no fee to use the ballroom, we just paid for the food per person and it is a great value for what you get. :)
