2013 Best of Boston winner for wedding stationery, Gus & Ruby Letterpress is New England's freshest invitation boutique and custom design studio serving Boston, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, New York and beyond! At Gus & Ruby Letterpress, we believe that every part of planning your wedding should be a joyous experience. We infuse personality, care and joy into each gorgeous custom letterpress piece we produce or album design that we help you customize. Design inspiration can come from just about anything – from the story of how a couple met to the groom’s favorite pair of sneakers. Our designs reflect each couple’s unique style, personality and vision for their event.
In addition to providing custom design and letterpress printing, we also carry albums, both flat, foil stamped and letterpress printed, from some of the most sought-after designers including Dauphine Press, The Lettered Olive, Alee & Press, Smock, Bella Figura, Mae Mae Paperie, Printerette Press and many more! While we are adept at working with a variety of budgets, we've found that the most packages ordered from the majority of our albums (and our custom work) come in somewhere between $500-$1,200 for a suite of 100 flat printed invitations with an average order of $800 and between $1,100-$2,400 for a suite of 100 letterpress printed invitations with an average order around $1,600.
We invite you to join us at our charming storefront for a private appointment where you'll sip champagne as we discuss all of the lovely details of your big day. We look forward to working with you!

I would recommend Gus & Ruby Letterpress to anyone! We ordered save the dates, invitations and RSVP cards and they all came out beautifully. We worked with Laura; she was an absolute pleasure! She made sure the wedding stationery came out exactly as we had envisioned. The experience is worth every penny. The services and products they offer are personalized and a little more special than some of the online companies. If you want something truly unique spend the little extra and visit Gus & Ruby Letterpress. If I ever have a big event again I will be sure to order from them again.

We were really pleased with our experience at a Gus and Ruby! It was fun to visit their Portsmouth store with my mom for a consultation — the champagne was a nice touch and certainly made it feel special! Sam was so helpful, providing loads of tips and recommendations on how to approach our wedding invites. Communication was consistent and smooth throughout the process and I never doubted for a moment that we were in excellent hands! We’re so happy with the end result. The invitations are making their way out to guests now and we’re already getting loads of compliments. Love supporting a creative local business like this. If you’re looking for someone to partner with to create something beautiful and unique, look no further!
