Allie and Jill were AMAZING! They helped bring my vision for an all out floral wedding in Hahn Garden on the VT Campus to life! Being an out of town bride, I was lost and overwhelmed with vendors, rentals, and all the details, but the minute I hired Grey Cardinal they came in and saved the day (literally)! From the monthly planning calls (I did partial planning services) to the weekend of coordination, they were extremely kind, calm, and on top of everything. My wedding day turned out exactly how I hoped it would and I thank Allie and Jill for all they did to make that happen! :)

They were professional, organized, proactive, and extremely kind and understanding. They responded promptly to all of my questions and helped me feel at ease during an otherwise stressful time. They also have such a knack for design and decor! They took my decor vision and elevated it so elegantly! We could not have had our perfect wedding without the help of Jill. She helped us during the planning process by providing us with monthly and weekly checkins to keep us on track along with providing day of coordination. She was always on time and organized during all of our meetings, our rehearsal, and our wedding day. We were a wild couple who just wanted to have fun and Jill made sure to keep us on track to make sure we got everything out of our wedding day that we had imagined. She set up our reception space beautifully and we were pleased to find everything neatly packed up and ready to go the next morning. We cannot thank Grey Cardinal Events enough for making our dream wedding a reality!

Allie was SO helpful with wedding planning. She was flexible when I had to make changes and answered all our questions/worries. I would not have been able to do it without her. We got the partial plan because I had already started booking vendors, but I honestly wish we had done the full planning package from the beginning because Allie really knows what she's doing. Even my friends were telling that they noticed how smoothly everything went!

We hired Grey Cardinal Events as our day of coordinator for our wedding. However, I was amazed at how involved Allie was during the entire wedding process. She helped answer any questions I had, create timelines, message vendors, curate backup plans, and with set-up/take-down. My wedding day was as stress-free as possible because Allie handled anything and everything. I could not have chosen a better wedding planner! HIGHLY RECOMMEND :)

We are so glad we decided to hire Allie as our day-of coordinator for our wedding. She was SO organized and was always two steps ahead to anticipate any potential issues. Believe it or not, we ran ahead of schedule on our wedding day, which gave us more time to enjoy with our guests. She was amazing at picking up where we left off with planning and "taking the reins" on the wedding day. It was great that she had existing relationships with our vendors, so her communication with everyone was very seamless. She also has an incredible eye for decorating- she took our vision for our reception space and executed it in a way that was better than we could have imagined. I cannot say enough about how amazing Allie at Grey Cardinal Events is, but I will try my best to summarize it in a (long) review). I hired Allie for full service wedding planning, and she truly went above and beyond in every step of the process. From providing organized questionnaires, vendor comparison charts, timelines, layouts, etc., to transparent, kind, and helpful communication, to supporting myself and my (now!) husband through the more emotional aspects of planning a wedding, to making decisions based on her expertise and knowledge of my preferences when I wanted to give her full range on items. While wedding planning in itself is a beast of a task, Allie handled the large majority of that beast and ensured I knew what the next steps where, and who is responsible for each task. Several times throughout wedding planning, there were items (mostly legal) that I had no idea were even necessary, and she explained what, why, and how to do these legal items, always helping me where she can. Allie knew what to prioritize when things didn't go as planned (there will always be outside factors you can't control when planning) and I truly felt that she had my/my weddings best interest in her heart when navigating tough situations. Overall, the process in planning with Allie was seamless, accurate, on-time, personal yet professional, and to my surprise, actually fun. Then we get to the actual wedding weekend, and every single aspect made my jaw drop, and while there were a lot of people involved, Allie was the true star of the show in executing it. All of my vendors (there were several) knew exactly when and where to be thanks to Allie's preparations, and she handled any vendor related questions or tasks as they came up during the wedding weekend. The design of the space FLOORED me, it was everything and more. I walked up to the venue and just had to stand there for 10 minutes (would have been more if I could) to appreciate the beauty of what Allie had pulled together for me and my husband; I had SEVERAL guests come up and say "this wedding is perfect, it is so you." From arriving at my welcome party to leaving my wedding, Allie made me feel like a true princess, always asking how I was doing, letting me know what happens next, bringing me drinks and food, and really just providing anything and everything I (or my husband) could need. I didn't even have to think about what was happening, I just got to soak up my day, and I will always be appreciative of Allie for giving me the true opportunity to do that with ease and comfort. I came into the wedding planning experience as someone who wanted to elope, to avoid the planning and the people, and I left feeling that this was the best weekend of my life and wishing the wedding weekend could have been a week long. I also walked away wishing I could continue working with Allie, because I grew much closer to her than I could have expected and I miss her already. Thank you Allie from the bottom of my heart, for giving me the weekend that I didn't even know I dreamed of.
