Patrice was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped me decide on what flowers I wanted in my bridal bouqet as well as ideas for flowers for the wedding. She helped us with ideas for decor as well. She went above and beyond with helping us for our special day and even picked up two white mums from Family Fare for us as well. My bridal bouqet was absolutely beautiful and the boutineers for both my husband and my dad were very nice. She even had the flowers delivered to the hotel we were getting ready at instead of where we originally needed them since our day of coordinator had to cancel the day before our wedding. I highly recommend Greensmith studios!

My florists penny at greensmith is the sweetest and selfless person I have ever met. She made my wedding day because she went above and beyond! She was a little late showing up by like 5 mins I believe that's not even late. I was totally fine with it and calm, she came in and she saw me in my dress and thought I was so beautiful, but she had told me my flowers that I chose that were tulips for my bouquet and some in my bridemaids when they had gotten to her from a place she got them from they had shriveled up and died, she didnt panick she decided to remake my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets like hours before the wedding including the boutineer and corsages and she had them with silk tulips and real baby's breath in all of them. I was so thankful she took her time but she never stopped under pressure she keep on moving until she came to the wedding site. My wedding day was a hot day in June of 2018, but penny made my day so happy because she went beyond and I still have my bouquet because its silk flowers and they will never die.

very flexible, changed entire order 3 weeks before, no problems. just with they would have marked corsages/boutineers. some were different, and hard to figure who gets what.

The flowers were beautiful and turned out just as I wanted. They were easy to work with. They didn't move some of the flowers from the church to the country club like they said they would, so that was disappointing. But I would recommend them, as long as you make it clear what you need.

Green Smith came very highly recommended and I have to say that I was disappointed. Since I was an out-of-town bride, I copied photos of flowers I liked and commented about each one [love this color, this for the flower girl, like variety/texture, no roses, etc]. I was very descriptive and clear. My mother had a consultation and felt very confident that Green Smith could deliver...this was not the case. The day before the wedding, I stopped by the florist and got a sneak peek of the flowers that had come in. Everything looked great. The flowers that were to make up by bouquet hadn't opened up yet, but I was told they would overnight [which they didn't]. When the flowers were delivered, the bridesmaids bouquets were made up of mostly roses [that were almost orange, not yellow] the worst part was that I requested no roses in the bouquets, plus I was never shown roses the day before! ;(
The flower girls' ball bouquet fell apart when we picked it up out of the box, and didn't make it through the ceremony. The flowers for the tables weren't put in any water and were dead by the next morning.
It is sad that some of these changes weren't brought up. As a bride that knew what she wanted, I would have rather the florist indicate to me why certain changes were made to manage expectations [and to work together as a team] rather than be disappointed on my wedding day. In the end the flowers look fine in the photos, and we were compensated partially for the flower girls flowers...but things could have been much better.
