I used them to Cater my son's "Deployment" Gathering. Many of the guests were relatives that we had not seen in 10+ years and I really needed someone that I could depend on, and relieve my stress since it was an emotional time for me; having to say goodbye and fearing what awaited my son overseas. Not to count that we had only meet my new daughter-in-laws parents once prior to them wedding.
It was that simple, I estimated how many would be attending & actually called two more times to increase the headcount. I always got the response, "No problem, we will take care of it for you". Easy to work with, gave them my headcount, what sides I wanted & Viola', the day arrived, they were there 30 minutes prior, set up and ready when guest begin to arrive. They cleaned up, wrapped the additional servings for the late arrivals and that was it. It was that smooth and the food was hot and delicious. I have used them since then for Christmas, Birthdays, Funerals; by call-in and pickup.
