The planning and day of coordination my wife and I received via Golden Hour Events was easily the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down. These people are the best! They were incredibly flexible, aware, and patient with us during the planning process. They were on top of everything, making us aware of things we weren't even thinking of. I mean it when I say these girls are PROS!

During the day of our Ceremony Peyton was incredibly helpful at coordinating the bride and the groom, the wedding party, and all of the guests. There were so many little odds and ends that they took care of that we never had to worry about. Truly they went above and beyond to make our wedding day special and stress free. Harley Paul, Kelsey Johnson, and the entire Golden Hour Events team were incredible to work with! Our venue handed us off to the Golden Hour team about three weeks out from our wedding day. With little notice, Harley and the team hit the ground running and immediately got up to speed and got on board with our vision. Harley took so many tasks off my plate and made wedding planning a breeze in the last few weeks.

Where do we even begin? I will never be able to fully explain how Peyton + her team helped make our wedding day a dream come true. The mental load of working full time and planning a big wedding was overwhelming, but as soon as we made the decision to work with Golden Hour Events and we met Peyton, we knew we had made a GREAT decision. We had multiple virtual planning session, an in-person walk through of our ceremony/reception space, countless email exchanges, and our wedding rehearsal where Peyton answered any and all of my logistics/planning questions. As we got closer to our wedding day, Peyton's input and support was invaluable! She followed up with vendors, coordinated arrivals, set up/broke down, coordinated our ceremony, always kept a drink in our hand (Plus so much more I'm sure I don't even know about!), and took all of the stress and worry off of myself and family so we could truly enjoy the best day of our lives. Amy and I decided to have our wedding at the beautiful Margaritaville Resort — yay, our first big decision! But right after that came a million more, and we quickly found ourselves overwhelmed trying to juggle every detail. Then we met Ashley.

From our very first meeting, our stress melted away. Ashley kept us organized, grounded, and calm throughout the entire planning process. She coordinated with all of our vendors, recommended amazing ones we hadn’t even thought of, and ensured everyone was perfectly aligned for the big day.

At the rehearsal, Ashley took charge with grace and confidence, making sure our family and wedding party knew exactly what to do. Once again, that pre-wedding stress disappeared.

And then came the wedding day itself — and when we say it went off without a single flaw, we truly mean it. Ashley was everywhere she needed to be, managing every detail, every person, and every moment with care. She kept us happy, informed, and completely in the moment all day long.
