Gipprich Jewelers is a family owned business in a no pressure environment and they truly cares about their potential customers.

My husband and I went to Gipprich Jewelers several times before we bought our wedding bands. The first time was to look and ask questions. The second time was to look through titanium band catalogs for my husband's ring. The third time was for my husband to try on the various titanium band styles that Gipprich Jewelers brought in for him. The fourth time was to make the final decision on his band and to pick up my band. Due to the fact that we worked with Amy so much, Richard could not find the band that Amy had for me; therefore, I had to return a fifth time once Amy found the original wedding band for me.

Even with all the visits, it was a no pressure atmosphere. We were able to work with amazing and knowledgeable jewelers. AND we both found and bough wedding bands that we will always wear. Thank you, Amy and Richard for working with us so we could get the perfect rings!

We got our wedding bands from Gipprich Jewelers. We had a nice experience, but at times, we were rather frustrated. We were told a few deadlines but there were times that we'd stop in and they were not finished with our rings when they were supposed to be. The business is family owned and friendly. At one point we were quoted a price by one employee, and charge more by another employee who said the first one quoted us incorrectly. When we dropped off our rings to have the engraving done, we were told they'd be finished a few days later. When we went to pick them up, they were not done and the employee hurried to have them done. However, in hurrying, she incorrectly engraved my ring and we had to have the ring melted back down and reengraved. We had an okay experience at Gipprich, but we felt as if it should have been an even better experience.
