A belated post, but I wanted to make sure I left a review for Ginger, as she was such a huge help and I want to sing her praises.

My elopement back in October last year was deep in the Redwoods, but left me with not many resources for my big day. I had planned on doing my own hair and makeup, but was nervous about my hair in particular... Thankfully, my sweet best friend surprised me by booking Ginger to drive 4 hours (!!!) to my location to be my hair stylist, and I am SO GRATEFUL this happened. She had some difficulty getting here and was a bit late, but she went above and beyond what she was here for – she did some quick styling for the groom's hair, helped me with my dress, helped pack up our car for the day...what exceptional and caring service! She was very prepared and conscientious with COVID precaution, an important thing to note.

The styling – since we were flying in from the east coast, we weren't going to be able to do a trial run. However, she really took the time to get to know my hair type (virtually!) and style preferences to be extra prepared. Ginger was so fun to chat with as she worked on my hair and took feedback/last minute adjustments well, which was so important as this was the first and only styling. I loved how it came out and I was at ease knowing I was in capable hands.

Ginger is amazing! She did my hair and makeup for my engagement shoot at Burney Falls last summer. She is so flexible and knows what she is doing. My makeup and hair lasted and looked flawless throughout the shoot in 90-degree heat. I cannot recommend her enough!

Ginger nailed my vision (not only as the bride, but also for my bridesmaids and the family members involved), and was very sociable with all of the girls. Her price point is extremely reasonable, as are her travel fees -- three hours to get to my venue!! Highly recommend.
