Gil’s recently catered our daughter’s wedding at Hickory Street Annex and did a fantastic job. Everything about their process was extremely professional and they were very responsive. The planning went wonderfully with the only exception of picking out which of the food to order. On the day of the event, the food was masterfully prepared and the service by the waitstaff and bartenders was tremendous. I would strongly recommend Gils for anyone looking for a caterer.

Gil's was AMAZING to work with! Their team is extremely responsive and revised our menu as many times as we asked. They were super professional and the food was INCREDIBLE. Everyone was raving about how good the food was, and the bartending staff were on top of it the entire night! They provided all of the mixers too, including ingredients and garnishes for our signature cocktails! 10/10 recommend--they made this part of the wedding completely stress-free.

Gil’s was absolutely awesome at our wedding! Our buffet was absolutely delicious! We had kid meals for the younger ones. We had a complimentary late night snack courtesy of Gil’s. Jackie was very helpful answering questions! All of our guests loved the food! The salmon was my favorite! Thank you!

The food was amazing! We were able to try everything at taste testings and make changes to how some of the foods were prepared. We also had many guests with food allergies that they were able to accommodate. Finally, we had very specific requests with our signature cocktails, and they could not have tasted better.

Gil’s Elegant Catering was perfect! The food was delicious, and we received many complements. Jackie and her entire team were so great to work with. Jackie is very thorough with her proposals, and there are no hidden costs. She also gave us terrific advice on everything from the menu to table arrangement, and she and asked key questions that really made a difference in the flow of the venue.

Jackie with Gil's was amazing to work with, not only did she help us with every step of the way, she gave honest opinions on the menu and really helped guide us to make the best decisions! We had 3 action stations at our wedding and picked the mac n cheese bar, avocado bar, and carving station with salmon and sirloin.

I had so many guests come up to me at the wedding and tell me how amazing the food was. Everything was so elegantly prepared and plated. Jackie helped me with the linen selection as well to make it a seamless process. Her staff is phenomenal to say the least, they make great drinks, help the guests, and do not miss a beat. We’re so lucky to have been able to with Gil's!

We hired Gil's for our wedding. They were incredibly helpful as we navigated all of the rule changes that COVID brought to our wedding. The team knew exactly how to pivot while keeping our vision in place. The food was spectacular and the service is top notch. Everyone should hire Gils Elegant Catering for their wedding! Jackie Alberts will make your reception perfect! She will dot every I and cross every T. I couldn't be happier with using Gils. I was blown away with how perfectly executed every detail of the reception was. The tables were beautiful set up; the food was perfectly displayed and THE BEST FOOD EVER; and the service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Truly, the best service and food you could ask for. We had our reception at Four Corners Brewery. We had three food stations: a meat carving station, charcuterie station, and taco station. Everyone kept RAVING about how good the food was. The servers were incredible and catered to all our guests' needs. They passed around drinks and apps during cocktail hour, and they kept the venue clean! The night flowed perfectly, and we couldn't have done it without Gil's! Every detail was perfect: from how the tables and food were set up, to passing out cake, to passing out milk and cookies at the end of the night, to passing out our send off flags! Jackie came up with our send off idea: little Costa Rican flags (we were leaving for Costa Rica for our Honeymoon). The night was perfect! THANK YOU JACKIE AND GIL'S!

We looked carefully at several different caterers, but ultimately chose Gil's for the flexibility in menu choices they offered. Their service and responsiveness from our first tasting, to the night of our event was outstanding. We chose to have Stations at our wedding, and Brenda and Jackie were both extremely knowledgeable and flexible in making both large and small changes to our selections. On the night of, our Event Manager Alberto did an exceptional job of making sure our guests were well taken care of. The service staff not only did everything we asked them to do, but took care of so many details I had not even anticipated. The food quality was excellent, the menu options were creative, and the display was fun and inviting as well. I think choosing Gil's was among the best decisions we made for my daughter's wedding.

Working with Gil's was a delight! They are very professional and their staff efficient. Any changes or phone calls to discuss items was returned promptly and they offered excellent input. They offered a beautiful spread of the eats we were considering and it was all delicious.
