Gia Bella is a family-owned, chef-driven catering company based in Kennett Square, led by owner and chef Jules Shortt. Jules was raised in his family restaurant, working the line before most kids had a first job. There, the standards were simple and non-negotiable. Every plate leaves perfect. Every guest is treated like family. Every commitment is finished, no matter what the night throws at you.

Those family standards became The Gia Bella Standard, and they run every wedding we cater. Jules is personally involved in your menu, your details, and the execution of your day, because our name carries his family name.

Every menu is custom-built for you and made from scratch in our own production kitchen. Choose an elegant plated dinner, an abundant family-style feast, chef-attended stations, or our signature Grand Table, a sweeping grazing display styled with wood boards, seasonal produce, and edible flowers. It is designed to stop guests in their tracks and fill your photo gallery.
