Stop looking for a photographer now! Garret is it!! Top tier! We had a lot of details to capture and every one was perfectly shot with ease! Garret and Bill seemed to clone themselves and get every shot possible. You think the photos are going to be good but you never expect them to blow your mind away, but then they do! We could not have had a better photographer for our wedding. The level of professionalism, creativity, kindness, patience, and joy that Garret has is unmatched! Cannot recommend him and whoever he chooses to be his second shooter, enough!

My preview photos alone are phenomenal & Garret really blew my guests away by displaying photos of the ceremony & wedding party during the reception. Garret is the best! He is super sweet and accommodating of your vision when you’re getting to know him and planning ahead of the big day. As for the photos, he’s so talented at not only taking the pictures but helping you to pose and making everything look right in the background to make photos the best they can be. He was like a ninja the way he moved around our venue and captured every single angle so beautifully. We loved working with him and he was an instrumental part of our wedding day. We are absolutely blown away by the photos he took. 10/10 would recommend him for all weddings and occasions!

When we first got engaged, we knew our engagement and wedding photos were going to be a priority. Someone recommended we reach out to Garret, and we knew right away after the first Zoom call that we wanted to work with him for our special events. Garret ended up taking our engagement and wedding day photos and we are incredibly happy with how everything turned out. He was always friendly, professional, down-to-earth, and easy to work with. We are both camera shy, but each time we worked with him he was able to make us feel comfortable and at ease.

He was able to find a second shooter, Nick, and they made a great team on our wedding day. Garret and Nick (who we jokingly call our photography ninjas) seemed to be able to be in several places at once on our wedding day, capturing photos of each part of the day from many angles, seamlessly and stealthily. Looking back at the wedding day pictures, we wondered how there were so many photos of so many guests and moments during the time that they had to work with.

We couldn’t believe how quickly we received both our engagement and wedding photos after they were taken. Garret provided us with so many memories of the day’s moments and each picture is high quality and looks beautiful. We would recommend Garret to anyone looking for the absolute best photographer in the area!

Garret Ward was absolutely amazing! When picking vendors for our wedding, Garret was our top and only choice for photography. He was always there to help with any questions and was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. The photos he and his second shooter, Tania, captured were truly fantastic. Working with them was a breeze, and they played a significant role in making our wedding day unforgettable. The turnaround time for the pictures was a huge bonus as well! As a psychotically detail-oriented and type A bride, I can't say enough good things about Garret. He was easily our most responsive vendor - I never waited more than 12 hours for Garret to get back to me, even after the wedding when I asked about creating an album. He had it delivered to me within 3 hours. Like most brides, I'm not very comfortable in front of the camera, and I don't often feel beautiful in photos. Garret made me feel so comfortable as a photographer and I am utterly floored by how radiant he made my beauty to be in his photos (I sincerely don't feel that way on an average day, ever).

Garret ticked literally all our boxes. We were struggling to find a photographer that didn't white-wash photos, that used vibrant colors but didn't make them tacky, and one that captured emotion so well. I had really high expectations, and Garret exceeded them. I look back at my wedding photos and am constantly overwhelmed with emotion at how much he was able to capture of the day - not just of the pure love between husband and me, but also the look of love and adoration from everyone at the wedding, including my parents and smaller guests. Garret told me he has a goal of making every guest feel like they're photographed at the wedding, and he did exactly that. I was stunned at how many guests he was able to capture so beautifully at our 180 person wedding. He especially managed the day super well between the large guest count, the constant party on the dance floor, and it being probably the hottest day in July that we got married. Garret was always a calming presence for the day that did his job perfectly by keeping us on schedule and letting us enjoy the day, and capturing every beautiful moment.

We highly recommend Garret! He was professional, easy going, and was more than flexible with rescheduling our date due to COVID-19. He was incredible to work with during the process and always had open communication and a quick response time. Garret is very talented at what he does, and used his creativity for great pictures but also made sure he captured the specific pictures we wanted as well. Garret is such an amazingly talented and sweet guy to work with! Flexibility with keeping our date, booking our anniversary, and offering an additional/combined package including live streaming during covid was a plus. Our engagement, wedding, and anniversary photos are all absolutely stunning. Garret clearly loves what he does and has a blast doing it. Cannot recommend him enough!
