About

G A Floral Design is a non-retail floral design studio and specialises in decorating weddings, corporate events & other special occasions. We take pride in our work; we understand that every client is unique and the importance of creating designs to make you and your event special.

Owner and Lead Designer, Amele is an international floral designer with over 15 years of hands on experience. Amele's natural artistic ability, creativity, sense of colors and her approach to creating unique & original designs, sets her work apart.

She has worked with different types of flowers & foliage and in a variety of settings & themes.

Being an international floral designer she has won multiple awards at the Ellerslie Flower Show in New Zealand (well renouned in the Southern Hemisphere) and in the Fiji Islands, where she also taught Floral Art at the Suva Orchid & Horticulture Circle for many years. Apart from servicing the New York area particularly Long Island, Queens & Manhatten; Her other international experiences includes working in Israel & Nepal.

    "Amele, calls herself an 'international floral designer' - she is truly one in every sense of the word. In one of her trips to the Fiji Islands she came in time to decorate my wedding. She was exceptionally calm and went out of her way to decorate our wedding with elegant tropical floral displays.
