Our experience with FX Entertainment was great!. We had to delay our reception multiple times over 3 years due to Covid and John Pollard worked with us from beginning to end. He was very professional and walked us through possible timelines for the event while being receptive and responsive to our input. He was a calming presence when there were many things to consider and he collaborated well with our event planner, videographer and photographer. We had requested a video snippet to be played prior to our introduction and a specialty mix that blended 2 songs for our first dance to be made and based on the reaction from our guests John delivered! On the night of the reception, it was planned that John Mathias would take over after the first 2 hours and the transition was seamless. He kept the itinerary on track while keeping the party moving and the multiage crowd engaged! In addition, we had the photo booth option and that was a huge hit! There were a variety of props and the participation was phenomenal. We are thrilled with our experience with FX Entertainment and would not hesitate to rebook or recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with FX Entertainment. John was easy to work with and helped organize the flow of the wedding. He was great at presenting different options. The music can be as customized as you choose. John is kind, laid back, and fun! The music and speakers worked perfectly throughout the whole event. So thankful we picked this DJ. I will recommend him to all my friends and family!

John Pollard is the best DJ you will find! He met with us prior to the wedding to make sure he knew exactly how my daughter wanted everything to go. He provided us with a timeline and he directed the entire evening so smoothly! He is very professional, fun and a great guy. He also provided our uplighting, and the dvd screen and projector. Your DJ can make or break your evening - so go with the best!!

John Pollard and his team at FX Entertainment are awesome! Right from the start they were available, efficient, and flexible. One of John's teammembers, John Mathis, was a really great DJ for our wedding! He kept the reception moving, which was one of our big concerns since we did not have a planner. He was also flexible with music he played - he made sure to include all our favorite music, and was still able to know the crowd well enough to keep them engaged on the dance floor. I would absolutely recommend FX Entertainment!!

John is wonderful! We found his company at a local bridal show and they always have a bridal show special of a few hundred dollars of if you book right then with them. We signed up and shortly thereafter recieved a phone call to confirm dates, times, and the specific person we wanted. We then set up a meeting with our DJ (in this case, it was John) to go over the details of the reception and what we did and didn't want played. When it came time for the wedding, they were right on time and were extremely friendly to everyone. John even matched his suit to the wedding colors! He gave us exactly what we wanted and have since recommended him to several friends and family.

After talking to ALOT of DJ's we decided to book John from FX Entertainment. He was professional and fun, and they're not a fly by night operation like a lot of the DJ's seem to be. He catered to our tastes and worked with us every step of the way. At the wedding he was energetic and did a great job as an MC! We really enjoyed the identify the mash-up and the dance off bits! That was fun and hilarious.

John did a great job with the uplighting and DJ-ing for our wedding. He helped us pick out the perfect color and locations for all of the uplights at a meeting at the venue before our wedding. All of our guests commented on how spectacular it looked. He played all of the music we requested and helped keep the party going all night long. He is very professional and it is really apparent that he knows his stuff! All of our wedding guests said how awesome our DJ was! You won't be disappointed in hiring FX-Entertainment!

FX Entertainment was an excellent and professional company to work with. The company worked well with my reception venue and played all the songs that were requested. Would definitely use again for other events.
