With 30 years of cake making and a decorative ability and elegance, Frosted Delights by Joyce brings you divine flavors of cakes, cupcakes, pastries, frostings, teas and delicious coffee. Our dedication is to provide you with the highest quality of ingredients and the up most customer loyalty. Since founders, Richard and Joyce Sosa, retired in June 2010 they have devoted themselves to bringing customers their tasteful touch, opening their first store front in November 2010.
