Robin was my wedding coordinator and was incredibly helpful when planning my wedding at Hammond Castle. She started working with me a full year before my wedding and ramped up her involvement in the month leading up to the wedding. She made sure that all of the details were ironed out, helped me plan a minute-by-minute timeline, and was super helpful during the night when the bustle on my dress broke. Highly recommend hiring Robin as your coordinator!

Robin was our day-of coordinator for our August 29th wedding and the Rockport Art Association and she did a wonderful job. I barely saw her the entire night, but I know she was there in the background, making sure everything ran smoothly and according to the timeline we discussed. She followed up with all of my vendors in the days leading up to the wedding and ensured everyone arrived on time and prepared. Knowing she was there helped me fully relax and enjoy our night. Robin is amazing! We got married at Rockport Art Association which Robin is a Wedding Coordinator for. She is so sweet, energetic, and honest. We loved her from our first meeting. We instantly knew we wanted to work with her for our wedding. Robin was our contact for RAA and also our Day-Of-Coordinator for our wedding. She handled everything so I truly had no worries. Even months before our wedding, Robin gave us advice whenever we asked. She is so sweet and will call you back ASAP and put all your worries at ease. At our final meeting before our wedding, she was so great at answering our questions and helping us decide certain details that we felt stuck on. I also could count on Robin to give me the truth too because when it comes down to it, I'm only doing this wedding thing once and I wanted it to be perfect. I got everything I could have asked for!

During the day of, Robin met the men in the bridal party to help with boutinneires before the ceremony. At around 2 p.m. I started to think about all the what if's possible such as "What if our limo driver doesn't come on time?" but then I knew that if Robin was on it, she would handle any issues we had. That piece of mind is invaluable and I highly recommend working with Robin because she pays attention to detail! During the reception, Robin was around whenever I had a question but was a silent puppeteer in my mind. She helped make sure that everything went okay. I will never forget that when my foot started bleeding because of my wedding shoes, Robin not only gave me bandaids, but came in with gloves to help fix it herself. So amazing!

Our venue recommended Robin as a Justice of the Peace , we kept going back and forth whether we wanted to have a stranger who we just met marry us or not . We set up an appointment to meet with her and I instantly knew she was the one for us ! She instantly put us both at ease, she not only is a JP but a wedding planner , her husband is a JP as well . So to say she has experience is an understatement ! She sent us an 80 page document with different options for readings, ceremonies, poems and welcoming's. She had so much knowledge not only about the ceremony but how to obtain our marriage license, and how to change my last name after. Her whole voice and demeanor is calming, she speaks so elegantly and beautiful. There wasn't a dry eye in the house. Several guests complimented us at the reception with how wonder she was and how she really helped make the ceremony so beautiful ! I would recommend Robin to anyone looking for a JP or wedding planner !

Robin is the BEST!! We were planning our wedding from out of state, and she was my most valuable asset!! She helped get us great deals and made all of our final arrangements.

I'm convinced she's the reason our wedding day went so smoothly. She is by far, the sweetest woman I've ever met, but she can be a bit of a pit-bull when it is warranted (DJ playing Beach Boys instead of Jazz during dinner...you can bet she had him in his place right away)!

We hired Robin so that my mom would actually enjoy her day and not have to worry about the “little things”. Robin did everything from bustle my gown to make sure that the vendors got their meals. She was a pleasure to work with and absolutely worth every penny. She also had some great wedding ideas that we used, too.

Did great planning but then dropped the ball on the actual day. Everything that went "wrong" was due to lack of effort or attention to detail by Robin. Couldnt find her anywhere. Disappointing.
