Located in Palm Springs, California, Frank Sinatra Twin Palms Estate is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue. Designed and built in 1947 for Frank Sinatra and his first wife, Nancy, this estate has played host to glamourous parties and some of Hollywood's shiniest stars. Now, you and your loved ones can immerse yourself in the nostalgia of the past as your look toward the future.

Named for the two palm trees located next to the piano-shaped swimming pool, Frank Sinatra Twin Palms Estate is a transportive destination. It has been lovingly restored, complete with vintage designer furnishings and even the original sound system installed by Valentina Electronics. With a circular motor court, a poolhouse with an adjoining bar, overnight accommodations, and Sinatra memorabilia throughout, this is a music lover's haven. Outside, couples can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding Cali mountains. Weddings both small and large can be held here, with a maximum guest capacity of 150 people.

History

As the former home of one of the world's most famous singers, this destination has been witness to some of the most intriguing guests. Frank Sinatra would fly a Jack Daniels flag to indicate to his famous friends that revelry and cocktails could be found within. He also once threw all of Ava Gardener's possessions onto the front lawn after she tried to catch him with Lana Turner. Inside, you can still see the chip on the sink after he threw a bottle in his rage. 'That's Life', as Frank would say.

Our private residences feature rich Hollywood history and architectural gems and offer convenient locations. These estates offer a breathtaking backdrop for any corporate event, wedding, or media location. Venues are either classic mid-century architecture or historic Spanish colonial movie colony estates all with period furnishings and authentic decor.

The Frank Sinatra Twin Palms Estate offers the ultimate in Hollywood glamor and is a mid-century modern architectural masterpiece. It offers both poolside and courtyard areas that can be used for dinners or ceremonies.

Pricing

Event Venue fee is $10,000- Full day use

Event cleaning $700.00

City Event Permit $700.00

Liability Waiver $185.00

Stay is available with a 3-night minimum at seasonal rate + fees

Maximum Occupancy for a seated dinner is 120 guests for a Reception 150 guests.

We can only schedule and confirm event bookings a minimum of 90 days prior to your requested dates and only one year in advance for these venues. We encourage you to tour our venues either virtually or in person upon appointment. We can only confirm on-site tours 48 hours prior.

We have a preferred list of caterers, wedding planners, entertainment and others that can assist you with your event. You may also use your own vendors.

Please also note that to preserve the tranquility and environment of relaxation for all, the City of Palm Springs also has required event permit regulations and noise ordinances in place. These require no amplified music outside, transportation plans with no guest parking on the residential streets and that events are over by 10pm. We file for the permit, but all required documents must be received a minimum of 70 days prior to the requested event date.
