Danza del Sol Winery by Wedgewood Weddings

While venue hunting, I came across the Wedgewood website and saw that one of their venues was a place where a friend had gotten married. She highly recommended them because of how easy they'd made the process for her. Encouraged by her review and the inclusivity and pricing of the packages we saw online, we toured Danza del Sol Winery in Temecula, CA. We chose Danza because they had beautiful ceremony and reception spaces and availability in October 2023, plus we really liked the staff we met with and were happy to learn that the pricing we had seen online was accurate and within our budget! At that time, Danza's partnership with Wedgewood was new and they were about to start major reconstruction of the reception space. The Danza team assured us that the space would be ready in time for our wedding and that if it wasn't, they would take care of us.

Wedgewood venues offer various customizable packages; we chose the Elite package. Our package included some assigned vendors (florist, bakery, and DJ) and recommendations for vendors we got to select (photographer). Our package also included catering, tables, chairs, linens, etc. provided by Wedgewood, so we didn't have to worry about any of that. Working with our assigned vendors was so easy - we had meetings with each of them to make our selections. They were very used to working with Wedgewood and made it clear what our package included and what we could add-on. We also had planning meetings with the Danza del Sol team. They provided us with a binder that outlined the decision we needed to make and timing. In between our meetings, they were super responsive any time I emailed them with questions.

In June 2023, we got a message from Wedgewood sharing the news that the reception space at Danza del Sol would not be ready in time for our wedding. Our initial reaction was panic, but Wedgewood had outlined options including moving to a different venue, changing our date, and cancelling all together; all of the options included a generous refund for our inconvenience, including a full refund if we decided to cancel entirely. We got on a call with the Danza del Sol GM that day and by the next day we had confirmed that we'd be able to move our wedding to Leoness Cellars, down the road from Danza; everything else would stay the same, including our date and the Danza team running run our wedding. We were so relieved and impressed with the way they handled things.

After that, the remainder of our planning went smoothly and we continued to have a great experience with the Danza team. They were accommodating to all of our decoration and miscellaneous requests and continued to be responsive to all my questions. Our wedding day could not have gone any better! Marissa and Ireland executed everything just the way we had requested and did so much to make our day run smoothly; they made it a perfect day for us!

Overall, we’d highly recommend Wedgewood to any couple, especially if you're looking for an inclusive venue. We could not have asked for an easier process! We felt that the way Wedgewood handled the venue switch was very professional and the discount they gave us was above and beyond. I hope that the Danza del Sol space is up and running soon because it should be a really beautiful space and the team they have working there is great! Thank you to Wedgewood and the Danza team for making our day so incredibly special, fun, and stress-free!

We knew we wanted to get married in Temecula, but left our options open to exploring all the different wineries. My husband and I were big on making sure we were working with a venue that made us feel comfortable and positive as we knew we wanted that calm energy on our wedding day. We were really turned off by the non-flexible and pushy nature of some of the venues we thought we were going to love. Then when we went to Danza del Sol and met Sari, Wedgewood's GM.. we were completely sold!! From the beginning she did not pressure us or try to upsell, she listened and made us feel special and could completely envision what we pictured for our big day.
We worked with a couple different coordinators throughout out planning process, but they were always on top of everything. The MOST organized. I was so grateful for them throughout the entire experience because they were efficient, kind, flexible, and knowledgable. I could not have imagined planning everything without them! And our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT. They do everything they can to make sure you feel taken care of and are able to completely relax and enjoy your special day. I would highly recommend for anyone to choose Wedgewood Weddings!

I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding than at Danza! The wedding coordinator Denise was truly amazing! Food was bomb. All of the guests said they had the most fun at our wedding out of all the weddings they have been to. Affordable, gorgeous, yummy food and wine! Highly recommend.

I can't express enough how great Denise was during our planning process! Our wedding was a complete dream come true. Danza was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding with 50 guest on July 27, 2016. Denise & the catering staff were very attentive to my guest, my husband and I. I highly recommend using this venue if you are looking for a winery. It was romantic as the sun set. The vineyards are breathtaking with grapes hanging in full bloom during this time of the year. Super clean and great Spanish styled building where we had the reception. I didn't need to decorate too much because the space was just amazing on its own. It sound really be rated as a 10 star place. And thank you wedding wire! I found them from this site.

Last March! I had the privilege of getting married at Danza Del Sol!
The venue was absolutely beautiful! Unlike other wineries, this was secluded from the tasting room and from tourists. So you did get a private and beautiful space for the wedding!
Denise was my wedding coordinator and I couldn't be happier with the end result of our special day! She was attentive, personable, and extremely helpful. Any questions I had she answered them right away.
The day of was perfect. She kept me relax and everything looked beautiful. The reception site didn't even need that much decoration because it's so beautiful all on its own.
If you are getting married in Temecula and want to go to an amazing winery with amazing people, then you need to go to Danza Del Sol!

Our wedding was on January 24th and it couldn't have been more perfect!

I fell in love with Danza del Sol Winery the first time I visited and became an instant Wine Club Member. So it was the perfect location for our dream December 2015 wedding. The venue was beautiful (despite the clouds and rain in the evening) and the staff was fantastic! And of course the wine was amazing! My guests still keep commenting on how our wedding was the best they have ever been to! Thank you so much Danza for making our day the best day ever! We can't wait to visit again soon and re-live the memories!

Wanting to keep the wine country theme, our wedding coordinator recommended we reach out to Danza del Sol as a possible rehearsal dinner location, and we were so glad we did! Cara is the wedding planner there, and she is fantastic at what she does! Danza is a beautiful, quaint winery on lush rolling hills with fabulous wines! We took a tour and were instantly sold on the barrel room! It's in a cute little house located down a dirt road to the side of the tasting room. Perfect? I think so! It has a nice sized outdoor patio, complete with a bar, patio furniture, and misters to cool you off while you sit! Inside, it has a suave library room with long wooden tables that they host private group tastings in. The barrel room is connected to that and is absolutely beautiful! It even has a garage door that opens to give you a view of the vines! Knowing our dinner was around sunset, this was a slam dunk! They offered to bring the wooden tables in, so that our entire party could sit at one long table. That enabled them to put the bar inside, so that our guests could cool off if need be. On the day of, everything was insanely perfect. I dropped a few things off when we arrived and Cara set the whole thing up in minutes while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the patio. It was just stunning!! An Italian themed, candlelit rehearsal dinner in a barrel room with the sun setting over the vines… Can you say perfection!? The food was fantastic, as was the service. The chef himself came out to introduce every course, which was really cool for a family full of foodies! Cara stuck around the entire time to be sure my new hubby and I were completely satisfied. Which, clearly, we were! If you are looking for a beautiful, serene location with superb service for your rehearsal dinner or even your wedding, we definitely recommend Cara and the crew at Danza! Thank you guys, for the most beautiful night before before the big day we could have ever dreamt of!!

From the planning stage right thru the actual event, the staff at Danza Del Sol, especially Cara were very professional and attentive to all our needs and requests. We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary with a vow renewal and dinner reception. The venue; food, arrangements and event personnel were awesome.

My wedding was perfect, I couldn't have dreamed of anything better. From the moment we went wine tasting to shop for venues to the day of the wedding I couldn't have had a better experience. The staff was amazing, especially Cara, and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I are so happy that we chose Danza del Sol for our special day. I highly recommend Danza if you are looking for a gorgeous winery wedding!
