We had trouble finding a bakery in Worcester to do our cake due to the hexagon shape that we wanted, but Francesco had no issues and made our cake a reality. We traveled to Charlton, MA and thankfully Francesco understood exactly what we wanted and helped us with details. Everyone loved the cake and even took cake home as a treat. 100% recommended.

After having a not so good of an experience with a different bakery, we had decided to try Francesco's and let's just say - thank goodness we did! From beginning to end the service was amazing and such a great experience. Not to mention, the red velvet cake for our 4th of July wedding was beyond delicious. I was so busy at the wedding that I already can't wait for the 1 year anniversary cake waiting for us in the freezer! For anyone looking for their wedding cake bakery shop, or for any bakery at all for that matter; look no further! We truly can't thank Frank and his team enough!

I had a 3 tiered cake for my wedding and it was beautiful. Each tier had it own flavor and was wrapped in navy ribbon to match my colors. The cake was delicious and everyone loved it! It was perfect. I have ordered cakes for other events from here before and they are always perfect. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this bakery for years and typically I don’t like frosting but their Italian cream is to die for! All our guests loved the cake!

Francesco's is already a great family bakery in Charlton. We ordered a strawberry filled vanilla cake with cream cheese Italian cream, and it was the talk of the night from every guest. Their Italian cream was the best cake frosting I've ever had. Frank easily accommodated our smaller guest size, and provided a top tier for our anniversary as well. Again, best Italian cream you'll find. The cake was delicious as well. I would highly recommend both for wedding cakes and all other desserts.

We got married on 10/6/17 and had a dessert bar at our wedding catered by Frank at Francesco's Italian Bakery. The desserts were TO DIE FOR!!! Sp fresh, delicious and the variety of mini italian pastries was AMAZING! The cupcakes were delicious and the best italian cream frosting I have ever tasted. The arrangement of my dessert bar was beautiful. THANK YOU again for everything!!!

Amazing desserts! Very flexible with making changes. Highly recommend the dessert variety tray, and the cupcakes were delicious (even the leftovers stayed fresh for several days!) Everything was delivered on time the day of the wedding.

Very helpful staff and service. They were very flexible. I brought in the specific sparkly that I wanted for the cake and they included it in their design. They were great!! I had carrot cake with butter cream frosting. It was excellent
