Melinda was awesome! She did an amazing job of listening to me and understanding what I wanted. It was done perfectly the first time and she was a pleasure to chat with! I would highly recommend her for both hair and makeup!

After voicing our concerns to management twice prior to the wedding, our event still turned out less that what we envisioned the four seasons to be. We cannot recommend this venue for a wedding in good conscience. There were a couple of pluses with the Koele main dining room (food was excellent), Mike Yacoub our banquet captain and Rita at the spa.
Please think twice about this venue for your wedding. Following were some of the problems we encountered:
- No proper storage for our flowers, they were dry docked for hours even after prior notice of needs
- Event ran out of food because it was understaffed, another larger event was happening that night which got increased support. Extremely embarrassed. Our family still talks about it.
- Our coordinator left our makeup/hair artist in the lobby for over an hour because she forgot to meet her in the lobby as requested. Vendor had to find her own way to our room.
- When we arrived at the resort for our planning meeting and tasting we were told they don't do it for buffets and cake tasting wasn't available. At $175/head & $10/per slice of cake we were outraged. You can't go on blind faith.
- We were told throughout the night that our bar tab couldn't be monitored. In the end, we were stuck with a $7K bill for the bar alone. A previous employee told us that they are trained to estimate the bar tab based on looking at the bottles.
There is more but those were the highlights. After our event we spoke to others who encountered the same problems but they were resolved prior to the event.
