Ali / ahmed is a scammer. Stay away please!
Scam service
On the day of, the shuttle driver did not show up. Ali claimed he had a “flat tire.” No effort was made to find a replacement.
At first Ali refused to give a refund for the complete nondelivery of service, which is illegal in New York. Again, I had to make several phone calls and send texts back and forth before receiving anything. Now, almost 2 months later I still have not received a full refund. It is one excuse after another.
Do not trust this service! Run, don’t walk away from Forza Motorclub.
