The Upstate Transit team were great to work with! They provided transportation services for our Wedding in September. Ellen was very helpful getting everything scheduled and our driver was great day of! He was on time, friendly, the bus was comfortable and clean and he was a great driver. Over all we had a very pleasant experience. We will recommend Upstate to anyone who may need transportation services and if we need a charter bus again they will be the first company we call!

We used Upstate Transit for our guest shuttle during our May 2016 wedding. Ellen and Upstate Transit were amazing and completely professional from start to finish. Ellen was always very prompt in returning phone calls and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Additionally, the value can't be beat - we called around to many other companies and Upstate was truly the best option. I worked with Ellen through Upstate Transit for our transportation. To my knowledge this is primarily a bus company- but they do wedding and other event transportation as well. The value that this company provides is PHENOMENAL! We got a 55 passenger coach bus with AC, with unlimited shuttles to and from our hotel/venue all day for one flat rate (literally- we started shuttling the bridal party around 3PM to the venue and the last shuttle returned to the hotel at the end of the night after 12). Almost any limo service will charge you for 2-3 hours and then extra per hour after that, and with far less room in the shuttle. The driver was friendly and professional and the bus was very clean and comfortable. They are a well kept secret, and they were awesome on our wedding day! Would HIGHLY recommend them!
