One of the best venues around

Many of our guests told us that this was the best wedding venue they had ever been to, and we agree! We booked the venue for the whole weekend so we could take our time setting up and let our guests camp on site. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful, and the property is expansive enough to not feel crowded even with a large number of guests.

The venue manager Chris is wonderful to work with and was extremely helpful in coordinating and setup.

Stunning Woodland Oasis

Forest Creek is the perfect place for a relaxed, private wedding. The grounds are absolutely stunning, from the woodland grove, to the river, the wood barn space, and the fields. There's no end of good places for pictures! It's an ideal venue for those who are taking on some of the planning themselves and doing a little diy as you can make the space your own. The property manager, Chris, was open and excited about our vision, was incredible gracious and helpful, and was hands on on the big day, helping us with set up and all the little details. It's also a great place for overnight or even weekend long weddings. There's plenty of places to camp, in tents and in vehicles. The main house has a private bedroom for the couple (up a spiral staircase) and there are a few private sleeping spaces for guests. Another thing we loved was no sound ordinance! We looked at so many places where we had to cut of music by 11pm, and since Forest Creek is so private, we could keep the tunes going into the morning.

We can't recommend Forest Creek enough. Every interaction we had in the planning and lead up to the wedding was detailed yet stress-free. We were able to have control over the details we wanted, and Chris was always available to help us make our vision come to life. We'll definitely be back!

Incredible Creekside Forest Venue overlooking Whitehorse Mountain

Forest Creek was everything we could have dreamed for and more for our wedding. Chris, the full time manager and event coordinator, was there from the beginning stages of planning
to being with us onsite during the event. He is extremely accommodating, easy to work with, and fun to be around. He goes out of his way to ensure that everything runs smoothly and
everyone feels safe
and comfortable. His calm demeanor and welcoming attitude was so refreshing to work with.
We did a 2 night event and had the option for our guests to camp on the property near the barn.
As our guests arrived an open parking area provided easy access for guests to park.
We had our guests camp around the barn where there was ample space to spread out.
Behind the barn there was a communal space with a BBQ, sink with hot water and tables that
spread out into an open sky area.
The Main house was where we stayed and the Bridal sweet was fully equipped with
a large bathroom and shower.
The downstairs had a full kitchen with a fridge and freezer and plenty of room to spread out.
In front of the house was a stunning view of Whitehorse Mountain and big lawn where we
played games and had ample room for dancing. To the left of the lawn was a short path to the creek.
The crisp and flowing creek is an incredible place to cool off and hang out.
We had inner tubes tied to logs and many people jumped in.
There are many shallow places to walk in the creek and the while the shore is rocky it is easy to
walk on both with and without shoes.
Our ceremony was in the forest cathedral area amongst the trees with fairy lighting and was complete
with amphitheater style seating.
At night we had a firepit on the deck, listened to music and danced amongst the stars.
We couldn't be happier with our choice to have our wedding here!!
