I spoke with Billy approximately 2 weeks before my bridal portraits. I showed him a picture of a bouquet of red roses with stephanotis inserted in it; he spoke with me about the price & I understood how much the stephanotis costed. He did a really good job with my bouquet; and even added some gemstones inside of my roses. I loved my bouquet for my portraits.

Not only did Billy Provide the most BEAUTIFUL flowers, he directed the wedding as well. He is 110% professional and on top of everything! I highly recommend a cascading bouquet!!!
