Do NOT ever consider using Keely Harper as a florist for any event, save yourself the headache and the trauma. I have never worked with someone so unprofessional in my life. Keely showed up an hour before we were supposed to be set up for my wedding and was still putting together the boutonniere and bouquets' in her car.

I provided very clear visuals and presentation of my floral expectations and not only were they nothing like I requested, they actually looked like weeds she gathered and pulled off the side of the road. She, also, forgot an entire set of flowers she was supposed to provide for decorations.

Keely showed up two days late to pick up my bouquet from the venue to have preserved after the wedding, which resulted in my bouquet being lost. After all this, I still wanted to give the opportunity for her to redeem herself and she promised to make a preservation with similar flowers from my wedding in the frame I provided. I continually checked in with her over the course of a few months (my wedding was in May) and was told it would be done soon. I just reached out to her again in January of the following year and she claimed I had the wrong number. After confirming who I was she BLOCKED me.

This was the final straw. I have been waiting to post my review with the hopes of her being a decent person and following through but she is just a horrible vendor and the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life.

Keely, I hope you see and read this...maybe you can unblock me and at least give me my frame back.

Keely is a terrible “florist”. I wouldn’t even call her that. She was supposed to provide me with beautiful arrangements for my wedding day (bouquet’s, boutonnières, center pieces, flower crowns & an arbor piece) instead she brought me dead and wilted flowers that were not what I asked for or paid for. She brought me giant vases of dead ugly flowers and set them outside on the ground when she was supposed to stay and set up. These were supposed to be small mason jars with string lights and sunflowers. She zip-tied some flowers together in her car as I watched. She showed up 3 hours late and ignored all my calls and texts. When she finally called me, she stated she was on a two lane road, that it was pouring rain (it wasn’t) and that she’s never done this before. (She’s done this to MULTIPLE brides, check other websites for those girls reviews) she’s lazy, rude and terrible at her job. She made me and my girls stand around and wait and asked me to rearrange MY day to accommodate her being late. I ended up not using anything she brought me. Luckily my venue owner had back ups of fake flowers to help me out and save the day. Please don’t waste your money on this woman. She’s horrible. She refuses to refund me all of my money as well because she “doesn’t have it”. She broke our contract and didn’t follow through at all. Worst “business woman” I’ve ever dealt with.
