Flavors catering is a wonderful small business out of Springfield VA. Paul Ingenito, the chef and owner, does a fantastic job of making sure his customers receive everything they want while always keeping in mind the value of a dollar. I know this because i work with him on a regular basis for my day-job and he has ALWAYS provided great service, good food and a fantastic personality.
Chef Paul provided my wedding cake on my big day. And let me tell you, no fancy bakery or chi-chi cupcakery could have done ANY better. The cake itself was moist and delicious. The buttercream icing was TO-DIE-FOR. The cake was exactly how I wanted it to look, simple ivory buttercream with some swiss dots. Everyone raved about how it tasted and I couldn't agree more.
