The food was excellent! And at the fraction of the cost of most catering businesses, I would definitely use them again. They were extremely helpful in creating the menus and their level of professionalism was perfect, they were very flexible with last minute changes! Love them!

Flame did an amazing job at our wedding. I was unable to get full service because they were already booked, so we just had to hire outside servers. They came out to the event early to set up, which included free tables for the buffet, linens for the tables, chaffers and all serving utensils. They came back about an hour after our ceremony to drop off the food, which was amazing and then came back to pick up all of the items 2 hours after we had eaten. They were so professional and Genny was great to work with. DEFINATELY worth the money, as you actually get more than you pay for.

The only bad thing was that the number listed on the website goes directly to an answering machine, so you have to wait for them to contact you. I was lucky enough to get their direct number from another bride. The best time to contact them for a summer wedding is actually at the beginning of the year, or during the winter months as they are not as busy and can actually sit down with you. Great people, would definately do business with again.

When searching for a caterer for our wedding, we needed affordable. We had to hope for the best on the quality.
It can be a little difficult to reach them. We booked them as early as possible for their full service, which included servers, linens, plates, flatwear, etc. It really is a great value if you can get them.
there were times I would suddenly realize I hadn't heard from Genny. I just kind of hoped since we had confirmed our booking, we'd be okay, despite not putting down a deposit, which I was told was not needed. Still no final contract until we decided to meet the week of the wedding. We nailed down details and there were a couple things she needed to check. I didn't hear back from her but was so busy I didn't even realize it. The whole process was pretty nonchalant. It worked out great but could have been pretty stressful. As laid back as I was, even I was uncomfortable with no finalized contract and no deposit guarantee until the week of the wedding.
But the day came and they were there, linens, glassware looked amazing. Service was great. And...the food. The food was delicious!! I had a heaping serving of seafood fettuccine and chicken cordon bleu. Apparently, there was no iced tea. Then we had a huge sheet cake that didn't fit in the fridge along with our smaller tiered cake and a half sheet. The large sheet cake was somehow overlooked and quite a few people didn't get cake because they thought we were out.
Things happen. We still had fabulous food, & a pleasant surprise of LOTS of leftover delicious cake. Another note: they agreed to give us any leftovers, however we didn't know we needed to supply something to put them in. Would have been nice to know we needed foil pans, etc. They did ask my husband if we wanted to donate extras, so hopefully someone in need got some great food.
I still was really impressed with Flame. Great value and delicious food! Definitely recommend.

We had a last minute change to our catering plans and found Flame about 5 weeks out from our wedding date. I contacted them and they responded within 48 hours. I had read the previous reviews before so was prepared for this. I know for some folks this may not be ideal but for us it was fine. They were fantastic to work with! Super accommodating and reasonable priced! We got 5 entrees with 3 salad choices and bread. One of the things we kept hearing that night was how great the food was! I would highly recommend Flame Catering to others, without hesitation.

The best food we've had. Since we wanted Persian food, flame catering was the obvious option and the food was amazing! We got the full service which meant that they were there in the morning to set up and in the evening to make sure things are going as planned. Great service and they were flexible with adding additional dishes to our menus options.

this catering service provided AMAZING food for a very very low price. they also provide all of the service wear, table clothes, and napkins. flame catering is the best out there.

definitely be on their butts about your wedding...the one problem that i had with them is that they were slow to respond to phone messages or e-mails.

Excellent food! We focused on Iranian food, but had some american and italian dishes as well and they were all talked about still to this day. Working with this caterer was very informal and casual which could be good for some and bad for others. Overall, they definitely delivered.
