We really lucked out with all of our vendors, especially our day of coordinator Bryn. Not only is she detailed oriented and on top of ALL the details, she is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Every time I needed something, it was as if she anticipated my needs, and was there before I had to ask for her. Obviously excellent communication and organizational skills, but she knew how to navigate through difficult personalities. We were so impressed with the services provided by Fitsum-ism and Bryn. I cannot thank them enough for working with us to plan our big day. We could not have done this without them!

Fitsum has the best team! Planning a wedding during COVID season is really overwhelming. But the team really took care of us. They proactively updated us with the most recent pandemic situation and being very flexible to accommodate our need to figure out alternative plans. This means a lot to us!

My experience from the very start with Fitsum-ISM was amazing. I immediately was connected with Bryn, who made my experience nothing short of amazing. She was extremely responsive and had such an expansive and intuitive knowledge of what a beautiful and organized wedding day should be. I thought I was all planned out, but she brought forward details I would never have thought about. She maintained consistent contact with my vendors, and ensured that I had nothing to worry about. On the day-of, Bryn took the lead and made sure that I did not have stress about ANYTHING - I was able to focus just on preparing and enjoying my day, which is exactly what I was looking for. I recommend Bryn and Fitsum-ISM whole-heartedly and couldn't have seen my day go any more perfectly than she helped execute.

My now husband and I hired Fitsum and Fitum-ISM to day/month of coordinate our wedding, and the rehearsal and wedding day went without a hitch! Our vendors let us know they enjoyed working with Fitsum, and she stayed calm and collected the entire weekend. She was very organized and thorough, and did a great job keeping everyone on schedule.

Our families both enjoyed working with her on the day, and she did a great job decorating the venue perfectly. We loved all our vendors, but Fitsum was the cherry on top of a great wedding crew!

We also worked with Bryn for our initial walk through, and she was so wonderful to have with us as well.

These ladies are the real deal, I would recommend them for any of your event needs! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and we are so thankful they were our coordination team.

From discussions for what we had to do to all the help the day of, Fitsum exceeded all expectations for a coordinator. She worked with us for everything we had planned, kept the wedding party on track, and kept in touch with all the vendors to ensure everything was on track for the day. The level of organization she has is spectacular, and will greatly reduce the amount of stress you might have for the big day. When going through the details of the wedding, she will find the questions and points that you did not even consider. All this is combined in a person who is an absolute delight to work with. If you put your trust in her with your wedding, she will make it one you will love and remember for the rest of your life.

Bryn did an amazing job as our DoC! Her attention to detail right from the planning stages all the way through to the big day was impeccable. It was so easy to enjoy our day knowing she was handling set-up, break down, and everything in between. We had family members on hand to help if needed but they said "Bryn was on top of it" and had it all covered. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and say you'll be in good hands with her.

Hiring Fitsum was the best money we spent when planning our wedding! Not only was she an absolute pleasure to spend time with - meetings felt more like catching up with a friend than a meeting - her attention to detail was absolute perfection. She really listened to us, and took on all the hard parts like dealing with other vendors (even when they were difficult to handle), setting timelines and handling the day-of so seamlessly we were able to just enjoy ourselves and never think about all the moving pieces. In short, we love Fitsum and would recommend her to everyone!

I canNOT recommend the ladies at Fitsum-ism enough!!!!! Seriously, out of everything we spent our money on for our wedding, hiring them was the best decision we made. I definitely always recommend them to everyone I know who is getting married.

My first meeting was with Fitsum herself. She was kind and caring. She made sure to let us know what her services included and what to expect.

Some time down the road, I was introduced to Bryn, one of Fitsum’s coordinators. I was a little apprehensive at first because we knew Fitsum from my cousin’s wedding (she was their coordinator) and wasn’t sure about trusting someone else.

Boy, was I impressed. Bryn is THEE MOST thoughtful, amazing, and organized person EVER! She thought about details regarding the wedding that I wouldn’t have ever thought about. She took the time to listen to my concerns and battle any problems from vendors for me. I honestly had no cares at the wedding because she took care of everything!

We had a few cultural elements to our reception that Bryn wasn’t experienced in, but that didn’t stop her from asking all the right questions and even coming up with solutions to ease each part of the reception without it being too choppy.

Bryn and Michelle (another coordinator from Fitsum-ISM we were blessed to work with) took care of making sure decor was set up and taken down. They took care of my dad’s surprise father/daughter dance karaoke slideshow and even a mother/son song change in the middle of the reception!

Truly cannot thank them enough. I don’t think I would’ve been able to enjoy our wedding without leaving all the working parts to these wonderful ladies’ hands!

We are so thankful that we were able to hire Fitsum for our day-of coordination. She met with us three times before the wedding for a venue walk-through, and then twice for consultation services prior to the wedding. She helped us to make sure that everything was planned for our wedding day and had us create a plan for things we overlooked to make sure we didn't miss anything. On the day-of, she was flexible enough to get there a couple hours earlier than originally planned to help us with a ceremony walk-through, helped my husband with his bow-tie (another skill she now has!), and was everywhere making sure all the small details were taken care of. Simply put, you need to her. Oh, and she's also just a wonderful person. Thanks, Fitsum!

We had the honor of working with Bryn, we knew we would get along with her just fine because of similarities to us. She is organized, asks the right questions, and totally on top of everything. She will answer her phone day in and day out (mind you she has a little one at home as well). Any admin changes last minute, she always delivers promptly.

What I like about her most is she’s also not passive aggressive, she’s extremely nice and directive which is what we like. She’s not afraid to take charge. The little things during the wedding planning such as - holding our pictures, finding us envelopes, staying per the timeline, getting our bridal party of 21 people together, communicating with vendors for us (this is my favorite), and bearing all things to ensure we are happy.
