Meet Stephanie “FiFi” Rodriguez

Stephanie Rodriguez, known to her clients as “FiFi,” is the founder of Fi.R Cosmetics, LLC, a beauty and skincare brand established in 2010. Now based in Methuen, Massachusetts, Stephanie has built her career around her passion for beauty, creativity, skincare, and helping clients feel confident in their own skin.

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in New York, Stephanie developed an appreciation for fashion and beauty at an early age. Although she considered herself a bit of a tomboy growing up, she always loved fashion and began experimenting with makeup as a teenager. By the age of 15, she was already doing makeup for friends and family.

Originally a self-taught makeup artist, Stephanie later pursued professional education and became a Licensed Esthetician and Nail Technician, expanding her knowledge beyond makeup into skincare and beauty services.

Over the years, her career has given her opportunities to work with fashion designers, models, photographers, stylists, and other professionals throughout the beauty and fashion industries. Her work has taken her from New York to Miami and Los Angeles, including Fashion Week events, television and production work, and celebrity makeup artistry. Her work has also been featured in connection with FOX13’s Good Day Tampa Bay, NBC, COSMO, and MAXIM, among other projects.

The Birth of Fi.R Cosmetics

After years of working as a makeup artist, esthetician, and beauty professional, Stephanie decided to pursue one of her biggest dreams: creating a beauty brand of her own.

And Fi.R Cosmetics was born.

The name Fi.R represents both “FIERCE” and Stephanie’s own nickname and last name — FiFi Rodriguez.

Fi.R Cosmetics began with Stephanie's passion for creating bold, highly pigmented cosmetics designed to complement a variety of skin tones. What started with handmade cosmetics has evolved into a beauty brand focused on helping clients look and feel their best through professional skincare, esthetic services, waxing, beauty treatments, and carefully selected products.
