Very helpful and personable. No pressure sales. They are able to work directly with designer to customize both the engagement ring and bride's wedding band. Engagement ring prices were comparable to other jewelers, but provided the satisfaction and conformt of being able to customize designer rings in stead of trying to alter other styles to match a different desinger.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Fey. We went in together to look at rings and worked with Gracie, who was extremely helpful and did not pressure us into a decision. She explained all the different aspects of purchasing a ring including the metal grade, diamond quality, etc. We spent a good two hours in the store and did not feel any pressure to buy and took as much time as we needed. The quality of my ring is amazing, and I am always getting compliments on the Forevermark diamond. The ring appraised for approximately what we had paid for it, so I would consider the value of their rings/diamonds to be good.
