She has worked as a manager, maître d' and event coordinator. Each endeavor has proved to enrich her repertoire and passion for the art of hospitality.

An accomplished athlete, Ray's prowess on the baseball diamond secured him a full scholarship to the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he pursued a degree in business with a focus on Hotels and Restaurants at the Bryan School.

Ray's career trajectory began at the prestigious Koury Convention Center in Greensboro, NC, where he honed his skills as a Front Desk Agent. Seeking new challenges, he ventured to the vibrant streets of New York City, joining City Nights Hospitality. There, he held the helm as General Manager for two illustrious lounges, Ascent Lounge and 48 Lounge, carving a niche for himself in the competitive hospitality landscape of midtown Manhattan.

In March 2022, Ray embarked on a new chapter with Fandi Mata, starting as a server assistant and swiftly ascending to the role of General Manager, a testament to his dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Throughout his career, Ray has garnered accolades, including being part of the opening team at Ascent Lounge and earning certifications such as Tequila Certified by Patron Tequila, Serv Safe Course Completion, and New York State Real Estate Agent.
