Fair Winds Farm is a unique location to host the perfect wedding or party. It is ideal for a small intimate gathering but can easily accommodate events up to 250 people. It is a working horse farm with 50 acres bordering beautiful Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, promising all of the privacy of a destination wedding without the travel for your guests.

We have several sites including two very private waterfronts or a beautiful island complete with an arched bridge, various paddocks and pastures, and a large barn with plenty of room for a tent.

Our natural setting, along with exceptional service, sets us apart from other wedding party sites in the Tidewater region. We can offer breathtaking sunrises, spectacular sunsets, more stars than can be seen anywhere else in our area along with all the attention to details you require for an outstanding, stress-free occasion.
