The owner's name is Joan Gonzalez and she is the best. She worked with our budget and provided exceptional service. Her staff was vey professional and the food was delicious.

This company is great. The owner does catering and refers to all the best vendors in So. Florida if you are are on a budget. She got us the gorgeous hall, the food we wanted, the vendors, all to our specs and budget. She added her own personal touches to the decor, even lended us some of her own stuff. They do it because they love it, not just for a business. She gave us our dream wedding for a fraction of what it could have cost.

I will be honest, I bumped heads many times with Mrs. Gonzalez, she has a strong and abrasive personality, however, she knows what she is doing and if she has it would give you above your price range while keeping you within your budget. She did a great job.

JUST WANT TO SAY THAT MY FRIENDS WHO WERE GUEST AT MY WEDDING HAD TO FINISH SETTING UP THE VENUE WHEN THEY ARRIVED AND HELP WITH THE FOOD BECAUSE THEY WERE RUNNING LATE. ALSO MY FRIENDS HAD TO GO TO THE STORE TO BUY MORE BEER/WINE BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT..
