Mayra was unbelievable!! She runs everything! Could not have a more caring person to make the wedding day a breeze. My phone screen literally got water damage 2 hours before the wedding and she found an iphone repair place, had it ubered to them, fixed the screen, and ubered back to the hotel within an hour! Rain delay came in last minute and she had an amazing back-up venue that looked even better than what we had imagined on the first venue!! Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Mayra and her team enough! We planned our Florida wedding from New York, and I could not imagine doing it without Mayra's help, especially as we got closer to our wedding date. Mayra was incredibly organized, attentive, and there was no detail that went unnoticed. She was responsive, answered all of my questions, and was always so lovely to speak to. Mayra connected with all of our vendors and created a detailed and thoughtful wedding day schedule based on what we wanted out of our day. Her and her team paid attention to the smallest details like where the cocktail hour was held and created a detailed timeline of events so that I and the wedding party knew exactly where to be and when. She met with all of the vendors and provided coordination and direction so that all services seamlessly integrated. Her high level of professionalism was shown when she communicated with other vendors and the way she spoke to my family/the guests. My favorite part of her five-star service is when we returned to the bridal suite exhausted after the long day and all the flowers and gifts were already in the room. She is kind and has a strong ability to solve problems in a tactful manner. For example, my father can't walk on his own but she found a way with the help of my brother's for him to walk his only daughter down the aisle on the beach. This company and service is worth every penny and Mayra’s years of experience in the industry really made our special day one to remember until the end of time. I can’t thank her enough for all she did for us and her calm, supportive personality.

I met Mayra over 3 years ago for my sister-in-laws' wedding. From the moment we met, I knew when it was my turn , she would be my planner.

Fast forward to when I got engaged, she was one of the first vendors I called to confirm her availability and in hopes it would be a YES.

I did not need help planning the wedding, as I am super detailed and enjoy bringing my vision to life. However, I for sure knew I needed her for month of. She was provided me a vendor list, checked in through out the year and when it came time to the month of, she was extremely organized, detailed and communicative. She would respond to me when she said she would which I appreciate. Through the wedding planning, you quickly realize that your event is not the priority to all vendors but Mayra proved me wrong.

As I mentioned, I am extremely detailed and when my spouse and I spoke to vendors, multiple vendors acknowledge how nice, respective, detailed and easy it was to work with Mayra.

The week off is pretty crazy to say the least. No matter how much you plan, things go wrong. Linens and dance floor showed up with wrong color, she took care of it immediately. I didn't even know the things that were happening behind the scenes on the day of.

I would full heartedly hire Mayra and EY Events again in a heart beat. Don't look past getting a coordinator or planner, you won't regret it. Make it part of your budget.

Mayra and her team are the absolute best!! I cannot thank her enough. My mom and I thought we could handle everything for the wedding on our own but got some advice to hire a wedding planner to take care of everything the day of the wedding. Our florist actually told us about Mayra and had nothing but great things to say about her, how professional she is, and how great she is to work with. From the moment we spoke with Mayra, we knew that hiring her was going to be essential. She took over immediately, helped us through things we didn't even know we had to do, and was so kind and understanding the whole time. Mayra and her partner Brooke made all of the planning so much smoother, taking care of every small detail and communicating with all of our vendors so that things were nothing short of perfect come wedding day. Brooke was there the day of the wedding, on top of every little thing, making our vision a reality, and truly allowing us to enjoy ourselves the whole time. She eased my mind every step of the way, got me anything and everything I needed, made adjustments when necessary, and radiated happiness through it all. I truly cannot even express how thankful I am for Mayra, Brooke, and Leo for all of their help, their professionalism, their expertise, and their kindness. We couldn't have pulled it off without them and will forever be recommending them to anyone and everyone! I can confidently say hiring this team was the best decision we made for the wedding!

Planning a destination wedding in under a month was easy thanks to Mayra! We particularly appreciated her attention to detail and her responsiveness. She was always just a call away! She was able to suggest the perfect vendors for our style and budget. Mayra also went far above what was required by collecting our cake & flowers and even lending us one of her personal vases! Needless to say, we highly recommend her!
