Evergreen Events (especially Kelsey) made our wedding day an absolute dream! We used the Lodge for our ceremony and Space Museum for our reception. Both spaces were perfect for accommodating our large wedding. Kelsey was so responsive and easy to work with. She helped SO SO much with the planning process, was always happy to meet us at the venue when we needed to see the space or show it to our vendors, and worked so well with our coordinator, photographer, etc.

I loved how they provided so much (tables, chairs, dishes, linens, etc.), allowed sparklers for our exit, and were so flexible with us. We had the benefit of having an indoor wedding (no worrying about weather) with the stunning outdoor spaces surrounding the Lodge and museums for photos. Our guests absolutely LOVED both the Lodge and Space Museum. This venue is INCREDIBLE and I can't recommend it enough.

My husband and I got married on 9/13 at Evergreen Events in McMinnville OR, which is the venue portion of the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum. I could not recommend this venue enough. We used the brand new Reception Hall for both our ceremony and reception, and the whole staff was incredible. But you guys – the event manager, Kelsey, is a literal angel on earth. That is the only way to describe her as she is not only incredibly kind and genuine, but also superhuman in the way she ran around taking care of every little detail and mitigating vendor issues (my personal vendor hires) left and right. We had several issues with vendors that threw wrenches into the event from the day before the wedding through the actual wedding itself, and her direction and action pulled soooo much stress off of me and got us through the night. Just to give you a small example, when we picked up our rental décor which included a velvet sofa, the sofa was filthy and covered in dust/dirt/god knows what. I didn’t even want to take it, but my husband said we would find a vacuum and clean it up. When we got it to the venue I asked Kelsey if they had a vacuum, and she said she would check. Completely forgot about the sofa from that moment on, up until I was sitting on it with my grandma for a photo during the reception, and it was spotless. I mentioned it to someone in my bridal party and they said they saw Kelsey on her hands and knees scrubbing it before the ceremony. I was blown away by that because she did NOT have to do that and it was so so so kind of her to go out of her way to make sure that little detail was perfect. She is SO thorough, so organized and professional, so great to work with and 1000% in the right industry. I also want to mention the rest of the staff because they were so sweet and on top of it with clearing dishes, checking on our guests, getting drinks out at the bar, etc. The food here is PHENOMANAL – my family and friends are still talking about the salmon we had at dinner and I’ve had many people tell me it was some of the best they’ve ever had. We had about 130 guests at our wedding and the food/drink/set up was flawless. You absolutely will not regret using them.

Our experience with Evergreen was incredible. Kelsey was so great to work with. Communication was fantastic and she was so accommodating. Highly recommend this beautiful venue.

This was a stunning location for our reception and the greenery outside was gorgeous for our wedding photos. The catering they provided was delicious and so easy because their staff handled everything so smoothly. The customer service with this venue was some of the best I've ever encountered. Ten out of ten recommend!!

This is a hidden gem. The Aviation and Space Museum has multiple locations for events, so you can pick whatever fits your size and tastes, and there are so many good locations for pictures (outside or inside). They also have a get-ready area that is huge and very cool (overlooking the space museum), and all our guests and wedding party were impressed by the choices. They also do catering, bar, and set-up, so you save a lot of time and money by not having to track down those services. It was all executed to perfection, and I would definitely consider them for future events.

BIG SHOUT OUT TO KELSEY AND ALL OF THE EVERGREEN STAFF FOR MAKING OUR BIG DAY EXTRA SPECIAL. EVERYTHING WENT SO SMOOTHLY AND THE STAFF WERE SO NICE. COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THEM.

They handled everything on their end seamlessly. I will use this venue again for other special occasions if I have any. Kelsey went over everything a couple weeks before. Things that we might have forgotten. I just can’t say enough. It was a magical, wonderful day.

Thanks to Evergreen Events, I had the most beautiful wedding I could have imagined! Kelsey and Shannon were so wonderful to work with and they did an amazing job. Kelsey was amazing at setting up the space just the way we wanted it and taking care of all of the communication with the caterers. The Lodge was a beautiful space to have our winter wedding - so many of our guests gave us compliments for our beautiful wedding venue! I can not recommend Evergreen Events enough!

The food was excellent as well as the venue was gorgeous. I have zero complaints as everything ran incredibly smooth with no problems! Everyone was flexible, polite, and even if something went wrong, I didn't know about it or see anything!

From the beginning, working with their team made setting up for the wedding effortless. The wedding day went flawlessly thanks to the prior preparation and communication set in place with all the details taken care of. We loved the quaint, rustic, yet elegant atmosphere of the chapel as well as the surrounding property. The food was phenomenal! The staff is fast, friendly and professional. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful venue with the best team to look no further than Evergreen Events.
