Evergreen Events (especially Kelsey) made our wedding day an absolute dream! We used the Lodge for our ceremony and Space Museum for our reception. Both spaces were perfect for accommodating our large wedding. Kelsey was so responsive and easy to work with. She helped SO SO much with the planning process, was always happy to meet us at the venue when we needed to see the space or show it to our vendors, and worked so well with our coordinator, photographer, etc.
I loved how they provided so much (tables, chairs, dishes, linens, etc.), allowed sparklers for our exit, and were so flexible with us. We had the benefit of having an indoor wedding (no worrying about weather) with the stunning outdoor spaces surrounding the Lodge and museums for photos. Our guests absolutely LOVED both the Lodge and Space Museum. This venue is INCREDIBLE and I can't recommend it enough. -

This was a stunning location for our reception and the greenery outside was gorgeous for our wedding photos. The catering they provided was delicious and so easy because their staff handled everything so smoothly. The customer service with this venue was some of the best I've ever encountered. Ten out of ten recommend!! -

This is a hidden gem. The Aviation and Space Museum has multiple locations for events, so you can pick whatever fits your size and tastes, and there are so many good locations for pictures (outside or inside). They also have a get-ready area that is huge and very cool (overlooking the space museum), and all our guests and wedding party were impressed by the choices. They also do catering, bar, and set-up, so you save a lot of time and money by not having to track down those services. It was all executed to perfection, and I would definitely consider them for future events. -

Absolutely Incredible Venue for a Wedding or Special Event!
Are you looking for a unique and stunning venue that all of your guests will be sure to rave over?
Seriously, look no further. Let me tell you about our phenomenal experience. On Friday, 5/13/22, we had a customized bbq buffet put on by Evergreen’s in-house catering team for our rehearsal dinner on the second floor inside the Space Museum. The dinner was excellent. Our guests couldn’t wait to walk down and take photos/video of the aviation-themed elements.
The next day, 5/14/22, our wedding day, was everything I dreamed about, and so much more. We had the ceremony outside of The Lodge building, followed by the reception inside The Lodge. The inside of the building was mesmerizing with a log cabin type-feel, high vaulted ceilings, gorgeous lighting, with a view overlooking a lush green field straight through the giant windows. Not to mention, there was a fireplace on both wings inside the building and a huge amount of space for tables to be spread out.
The amount of flexibility I was given and countless email correspondence made the planning process a breeze! Shannon, who was just starting her first year as the new Event Sales Manager absolutely blew me away! She made me feel as if anything I wanted, I was given. She helped make the entire day go smoothly. I kept hearing from other brides that something will go wrong on your day as there are so many factors that tie together, and that’s just a given, but we just have to deal with it. I honestly couldn’t place my finger on ANYTHING that went awry. I am still in awe over the perfection of our special day.
Shannon and her team even gave me until the last minute (literally 2 hours before the ceremony) to change my mind of the location of the ceremony due to the weather being iffy. Luckily, the weather ended up being perfect so we were able to have the ceremony outdoors, as originally planned. But just knowing they were willing to shuffle things around and use all hands on deck to make me feel special and at-ease is something I will hold onto forever. There were so many photo ops at the venue, including our sparkler send-off along the stairwell of the reception building. Our guests danced the night away, and we didn’t feel rushed to leave. The staff members also helped load our cars and cleanup. Shannon even let us store a few big items overnight and opened the doors for us on a Sunday to grab the remainder of our things.
I would recommend anywhere on the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum’s property for a wedding or special event! All of my vendors seemed to work so well together, making it a seamless experience. Shannon and her team killed it!! It felt like a fairytale! -

I am so happy we found out about the Evergreen Lodge venue. It is such a unique location. Being able to drive past the large airplanes and museum buildings definitely left our guests in awe. The venue itself feels private and cozy and quaint, but spacious enough for a large party to take place. Our wedding went so smoothly. The area is beautiful, there are so many backdrops for photos. The catering was fantastic, they kept the buffet and bar flowing for the guests to enjoy. I enjoyed working with the venue coordinator, Kelsey. She was very helpful with her wedding knowledge in helping us make design and schedule decisions. I am so grateful our wedding could take place in such a beautiful setting! -

We had the best experience at Evergreen for our wedding in February. Every step of the way we felt excited and supported from the amazing event/venue coordinator. Scheduling a visit to figure out if it was a good fit was a breeze and we knew right away that this was our destination for our celebration!! The communication was easy and direct. The food was amazing. The chef at Evergreen is so talented. Everyone raved about the buffet !! This venue has it all, beautiful mood lighting and a wonderful space, as well as access to the fun and cool museum during the reception!!
We enjoyed the whole process during our engagement and highly recommended this location for couples getting married! We used the upstairs hall space, in the space museum. Thank you Evergreen ! We can't wait to return to visit and think back to our special day! -
