As our month of coordinator, Shannon handled all the details and timeline of our very logistically complex, 180-person at home wedding. She was extremely organized and communicated with all our vendors leading up to the big day. She helped us make big decisions that led to a better guest experience. We had to outsource everything since it was the backyard and she worked so hard to confirm all my contracts, be the contact person for all my vendors, and set everything up come the day of. Shannon was the first vendor we booked for our wedding. We had a very non-traditional, do it yourself and bring everything in type wedding which meant we had A LOT to coordinate and figure out. We also were planning from out of state which made it more complicated! The second we were in contact with Shannon we felt better. Shannon did our site visit for us, asked questions I would have never even thought about, kept us organized and was so communicative. She was patient, attentive, helpful and fun as hell - she is truly a professional in this game. BOOK HER!
