Shannon is essential to your wedding planning needs. I had her for the month of coordinator package which was so valuable. She was personable, helpful, on top of everything and the day of the wedding she was on it! She didn't miss a single beat. We had zero hitches because she was there to make sure everything went according to plan so that my husband and I could enjoy the night without worrying about anything. If you're hesitant and just want the peace of mind, know that if you go with Shannon you will get that, PLUS a million other benefits!!!! I can't recommend her enough!!! -

BOOK SHANNON especially if you have no idea what you’re doing
Shannon was the first vendor we booked for our wedding. We had a very non-traditional, do it yourself and bring everything in type wedding which meant we had A LOT to coordinate and figure out. We also were planning from out of state which made it more complicated! The second we were in contact with Shannon we felt better. Shannon did our site visit for us, asked questions I would have never even thought about, kept us organized and was so communicative. She was patient, attentive, helpful and fun as hell - she is truly a professional in this game. BOOK HER!
Ps - she even snapped a photo of my bridesmaids/best friends in their after party outfits and sent it to me the next day :) it’s the only pic I have of them together in the after party attire!!! -

Hired Shannon as a month of coordinator and got married on 11/12/22. Thank goodness I had Shannon to coordinate all of my vendors and get everyone on the same page! Our entire wedding was perfect! There wasn’t one issue all day long and if there was I had no clue about it! Shannon and her assistant were on top of all the little details and I’m still in awe of how seamless she made our day! I can’t recommend enough!! -

My wife and I had such a great experience with Shannon! She was attentive, easy to work with and professional. She provided anything and everything we needed, solved problems for us before we even knew they existed, and was there for us every step of the way. She was available for everything, from planning each aspect of our day, to being there on site the day of our wedding to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. We cannot recommend her highly enough! -

Shannon made the wedding planning process (and rescheduling because of Covid!) so easy! Whenever I was feeling overwhelmed Shannon was on it. There were minor hiccups through the day, and I didn’t even realize as Shannon was handling everything with such professionalism. I cannot recommend enough! -

One of the best choices we made - our wedding rock! Incredible!
The best choices we made for our wedding were our hotel, venue, and Shannon. I cannot say enough good things about her — she was our wedding rock — our glue, and she made a day that could have been as stressful as they come — the best day ever, because she quickly gained our trust and we knew she could handle anything. We booked Shannon first about a year and a half before our date. We didn’t talk too much in that time, but whenever we did she was quick to reply. We hired her for day-of-coordination, which meant we got unlimited access to her a month prior to the date. We used Greenpoint Loft, a raw venue, which mean we had a lot of vendors and did a lot ourselves. Shannon coordinated so many things I would have never thought of and everything we asked her to. She even got to realize which things me and my now husband were responsible for and started texted us separately about them- never putting more on us then needed. She also has THE BEST WEDDING DAY VIBE. I could tell from our walk-through she’d be perfect. I told everyone after meeting, Shannon has the best vibe. Knows what she’s doing, the perfect amount of confident, optimistic, in-control, chill temperament.
During the wedding she rolled with our changes and kept everything awesome. She even personally passed out Challah to our guests because we cut it after people started going to the buffet.
She stayed until the very end to make sure everything was taken care of and packed away. She left after us. She is an angel.
I plan events for a living. I know what I’m talking about. Don’t make the mistake of not hiring Shannon. Hire Shannon immediately!!! I’m getting teary-eyed writing this. We love you, Shannon!!! -

Shannon is an outstanding professional. Thoughtful and experienced, she handled the timeline and vendors expertly. She anticipated every possible wrinkle and provided solid solutions. Always courteous and so responsive, she made my daughter’s wedding day a day I could truly relax and enjoy. Very highly recommend!
