Moon is AMAZING!!! She is an absolute godsend and made my Mehndi event an incredible success. I had been struggling to get vendors to respond to me and Moon was immediately on it. She worked with me on my vision and what she created was beyond my expectations. She was present throughout my whole event to ensure it ran smoothly and even led a mini dance class to teach the non-Desi folks some dance moves. Everyone had an incredible time and I am so thankful she was there. She was respectful of my budget and always ran things by me and helped me make the most cost effective decisions. I cannot recommend Moon enough and cannot wait for the opportunity to work with her again!

We hired Moon as our day of co-ordinator and that was the best decision we made. She is just amazing. She is responsive and detailed oriented. Moon is kind and interacted with all the guests and vendors politely inspite of tight timeline.

Hiring Moon and her company “Events by Momo” to coordinate my son’s wedding was the best decision I ever made!

Even though we did not hire her as a full wedding planner (in hindsight we really should have!), Moon went over and above her role as Day Of Coordinator. She was responsive, professional and extremely helpful.
She was always available to answer questions and to provide suggestions.

Moon stepped in when we had issues at the reception to “rescue” a situation created by one of our vendors...she saved the day!

I would recommend hiring Events by Momo for any occasion. My niece hired Moon for her backyard wedding a few years ago and it was a huge success!

We initially wanted to hire Moon as a caterer for our wedding, but when we met for our first tasting, it was obvious that she did so much more. She was so organized and seemed to understand our vision for the wedding, so we entrusted her with doing everything from the table settings to the linens to the lighting. And, of course, the food.

We held the reception in a 1920s fire station, and Moon created styling that was totally beautiful and matched the prohibition/vintage theme. When I was clueless at our meetings, she was full of ideas and helped me to brainstorm. She was very cognizant of our budget, and she asked for approval any time she considered making a purchase that we hadn't talked about. Our ceremony was fairly traditional in a church, and she honored our wishes to keep it really simple. She had lots of creative ideas, and she helped us to achieve the semi-homemade wedding we had in mind. She even made the bouquets and other floral arrangements all by herself after the florist fell through, and they were gorgeous.

Moon was great at coordinating with the other people involved in the wedding (band, baker, venue) and was always professional. I knew that if I asked her to communicate with someone else for me in the planning, she would be an excellent representative. Her staff was equally professional, and guests even commented on the friendliness of her bartenders and waitstaff.

And finally, the FOOD. The food was just delicious. Moon does amazing food with south Asian flair (we had chicken tikka wraps), but she also does American comfort food (we also had amazing macaroni and cheese "balls" that she invented). Our food was kind of an eclectic mix, and she was very effective at helping us decide what missing pieces we had and making sure we had enough to feed everyone.

I would recommend Moon and Events by Momo to anyone. She made the wedding planning process incredibly easy for me, which is more than any bride can hope for. Her knowledge and creativity are extensive, and her pricing is very reasonable. She will plan a beautiful event for you.

There is no reason to plan your own wedding. Just hire Moon, it will be less stressful and probably less expensive in the long run.

We hired Events by Momo for our wedding that we initially wanted Moon for just catering but fell in love with her so much we brought her on for event coordinating and day of coordination. I don't know what we would've done without her! She's incredibly detail oriented, a creative problem solver, and a joy to work with. When my I had issues with floral during our photos at a separate location, she personally drove over to fix them on the spot and figured out how to get me a new bouquet within less than an hour. Her dedication is fantastic. She loves finding new ways to be creative, cost effective, and go above and beyond expectations. I'd highly recommend her for any event services you might need!

I was referred to Events by Momo for my wedding and I am SO GLAD I called! I had an untraditional (tricky) situation: no wedding ceremony or wedding party (just our 5 kids), an evening reception in Texas, a brunch reception in Pennsylvania about a month later, each event with their own feel/theme/ local and out-of-town guest lists- to say the least, I was in over my head from the get-go! We knew what we wanted, and what we didn't, just didn't know how to pull it all together.From the first call, Moon listened to our ideas and concerns offering creative suggestions and effective solutions. She outlined a plan, then made sure we were well informed of the options available and we were comfortable with the final decision as we moved along. She kept us within our budget as well, prioritizing our wants and reallocating funds accordingly. At one point, and you can imagine a full time job with 5 kiddos, I handed the reins over to her completely- WITH FULL CONFIDENCE! And I'm so glad I did. Each event was executed flawlessly. I didn't stress. Everything was so enjoyable. She was such a lifesaver!! Moon is professional, creative yet sophisticated, edgy yet super sweet. Whether you want to be in the mix for EVERY detail or just hand it ALL over, she's your girl.   

Moon and her Events by Momo team helped me plan and execute my dream wedding. Everything from the multicultural aspects and the various traditions to the decorations to our vows were taken care of flawlessly. I was hesitant at first to hand the reigns over to someone (I have trust issues) and didn't think anyone would be as detail-oriented as I am--but Moon went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!
