When I first started planning this wedding I knew that in an ideal world I would have a planner to help out. If I couldn't have a full on planner, I would at least have a day of planner. But as it would have it, it's not always an ideal world and it didn't look as if it was in our budget. However, I had someone recommend Lavinna to me for both Officiating the wedding and also as a day of coordinator.
When I first contacted Lavinna, I was so pleasantly surprised with what I found. She instantly responded to my e-mail with all of the answers I was looking for. Her pricing was beyond reasonable and unlike any others I had seen. It all seemed like a dream come true. I was very honest about the fact that my fiance hadn't been too convinced on the fact that we needed a day of coordinator. Instead of trying to sell me on the idea, she said that she wasn't going to sit there and tell me why I should have one, and understand that we needed to make the decision on our own without pushing me at all. What a relief!
Choosing Lavinna for both these positions was the best idea ever. She went beyond what was even in her contract. I probably e-mailed her back and forth 100 times and she responded quickly to each and every one. Not only that, but I had a major crisis with our venue that is every brides nightmare. The venue wouldn't even talk to me, and Lavinna swooped in and made them tell me what I wanted to hear!:D I can't thank her enough for that, considering I had been trying for 2 months and hearing nothing back from them!
The day of the wedding Lavinna was nothing short of spectacular. I'm not used to letting people help me, so she kept having to remind me that it was her job to do certain tasks. But she took care of everything. She set up decor, she paid our vendors, she made sure everything went smoothly. She stayed until the very end and helped tear down and clean everything. She was AMAZING!!!!
You will not have any regrets about using Lavinna! She's great!!!
