What can I say about Gayle, wonderful, amazing, a hero! Honestly words are not enough. Gayle was our wedding month- of- coordinator. We wanted a smaller (100ppl) back yard- type wedding, very "diy". How hard can that be right? We thought we had it all together until the moment we sat down with Gayle and realized we weren't quite there. The amount of behind the scenes work, moving parts, and machinery that goes into making a wedding happen takes an army, for our wedding. that was Gayle and her partner. Not only did she provide a timeline, endless communication between our vendors, supplies, and decor but her and her partner provided the love and labor to piece our day together. She went above and beyond our expectations. 10/10 recommend!

We were lucky enough to have booked Gayle to help coordinate our September 30th beach wedding in Fairfield CT. Gayle was an absolute pleasure to work with through the last 8 weeks of our wedding adventure. She was professional and kind. She was so quick to respond to and silly question We had to ask. We really put her to work to make our wedding the picture perfect day we imagined and Gayle NAILED every single detail. Our wedding guest and vendors loved working with her as well! Gayle did an amazing job helping with my surprise Retirement party! She was extremely organized and on point with all of the details for the party. She was also very helpful in researching different ideas so that I always had lots of options. Since it was a surprise party and I arrived after all of the guests, she also was a tremendous help at the party. Thanks Gayle!!

Gayle has been instrumental in helping me and my fiance plan our destination wedding in April 2017. We are from the New York area and I knew I wanted a beach wedding. I originally set my sights on NC and tried to research myself. I soon found myself overwhelmed and reached out to Gayle for help. She helped us fond venues that suited our taste, while also showing us options we hadn't considered before. We finally settled on a wonderful location in Jacksonville FL and I could not be more thrilled. So far we have taken one trip to Florida to secure the venue and other vendors. Gayle made appointents for us and sent us an itinerary that made the whole process seamless and left us more time to enjoy the sunshine! As we finish up the remaining details, I look forward to continuing to work with Gayle to plan the perfect wedding. I used Gayle for my daughter’s bridal shower in Aug 2016. My daughter wanted a wine and cheese theme and have it hosted at my home. That is all I had to go on. I had no idea where to start or how to do this so I goggled wine tasting party planners. I found Gayle through Thumbtack, which I never heard of at the time. I chose Gayle because she was the only one that came back with a quote for exactly what I asked for, one hour. I just needed to speak with someone first, hence the one hour request. Her response was also very professional. I called Gayle and asked if a wine tasting for the shower would be doable. Gayle came to my home and assured me that I had a perfect area to work with and would be a perfect setting. Gayle offered many ideas and options. She was very responsive with emails as we bounced ideas back and forth to each other. We tweaked as needed we went along. I used Gayle mainly for the wine tasting. I left all the wine selection up to her. I did not want the common wines that most drink such as cab, merlot, chardonnay, pinot. Gayle chose a great selection of different wines and also put together an informational page on each which was displayed in frames for guest to read. Gayle also put together a fabulous cheese and grape table which was served with the wine tasting before dinner was served. I received many many compliments on this shower. It was a big hit. Best bridal shower ever. Thank you Gayle.

Gayle was fantastic and easy to work with for my wedding. She was in charge of coordinating my reception on the day of so that I did not have to worry about things operating smoothly. She gave me a meeting free-of-charge before hand to go over my concerns, questions, and details. Her pricing was great. There were still one or two things that were a bit of a glitch during the reception that I had to think about as the bride but overall, I was very happy to have Gayle during the wedding day to coordinate with my vendors.
