Photography was the most important service for my wedding as I wanted to be sure I had photos that truly captured the day for me to look back on. I found Mae early in my search and knew immediately she was perfect. Not only are the photos beautiful, but she was truly part of the celebration as she felt more like a guest than someone I hired. We met Mae when she was the Matron of Honor in a wedding where my husband was the Best Man. After we got engaged, we knew we had to book Erishyll Mae Photography for our September 18th wedding.

During our engagement, Mae was responsive and gave feedback to ensure we had sufficient time for pictures since we did not do a first look. Mae even toured our venue so she could get picture inspiration for our wedding day.

On our wedding day, Mae and her second shooter, Grace, worked well as a team to divide shooting the groom suite and bridal suite. Originally, we wanted to take pictures on our venue's rooftop. However, our wedding day was 90 degrees and humid. Instead, Mae and Grace took pictures of us in an alley that turned out incredible!

Due to time constraints, my husband and I were going to take bride and groom pictures around our venue. Thanks to Mae's time management skills, we took family and wedding party pictures quickly. After, Mae, Grace, my husband, and I piled into Mae's car to take pictures in a few spots around the city. Taking pictures with my new husband turned out to be one of my favorite wedding day memories!

Mae and Grace brought great energy to the reception! They captured all of our major moments while also taking some time to enjoy a few dances themselves. They managed to coordinate with the DJ to ensure we got all the group shots we wanted.

We didn't expect pictures until a month after our wedding. However, Mae surprised us with a preview the Wednesday after our wedding! It was a blessing to relive our wedding highlights.

Mae did an amazing job capturing both our wedding and our engagement photos. On the day of our engagement photos it was 100+ degrees and she still managed to capture our love perfectly and make us look amazing even though we were sweating the whole time. The day of our wedding, she captured everything I was wanting and more without me having to ask or give her a list of shots I was wanting. The only thing I provided her with was a list of family member names to make the family photos go smoother. Mae was so patient with my rowdy husband and groomsmen and captured them perfectly throughout the day (I know this was not an easy task). We received a ton of compliments from our guests throughout the night about how much fun Mae was. We absolutely loved that Mae got out on the dance floor with us and our guests throughout the night to dance and capture everyone on the dance floor. She truly did not miss a beat capturing our day from beginning to end. The best part about Mae is she makes everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, including my husband who hates taking photos. My husband and I truly couldn't have asked for anyone better to photograph our special day. We are beyond thankful for all of our the beautiful photos she captured that we will be able to cherish forever. We will forever use Mae for all of our photos and recommend her to all of our friends and family ❤

Mae is so much fun to work with! She is very down to earth and always up for anything new. She has basically become our family photographer! My husband and I first met her when she did our engagement pictures. She also did my bridal portraits and our wedding pictures. We loved working with her so much, that after we had our daughter, we booked a Christmas family session as well!

Fantastic service. Very communicative and aims to please. She takes excellent photos and has a way of making everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, so no awkward moments lol. Definitely recommend her to people all the time.
