From the moment we first met with Erin 14 months before our wedding, we knew we had found our planner. Erin Cleveland is more than just a dedicated professional; she is hard-working, warm, high-spirited, and simply knows her stuff. Putting our complete trust in her and her team was, without a doubt, the best decision we made throughout the entire process!

Erin’s expertise is unmatched, particularly in curating the perfect team of vendors. She was on top of every booking well over a year out. We trusted her recommendations blindly for several partners, and every single one, from the florist to the DJ, delivered flawlessly. Our guests were even asking us for vendor names for their own upcoming weddings, which speaks volumes about the quality of the team Erin assembled.

I came into the design process without a clear vision, only a general feeling and aesthetic. I even changed my colors completely mid-way through. But Erin is a master at knowing how to pivot. She helped us expand our initial ideas to create our dream vision. Our rental meeting was such a fun day because Erin is confident, gives great advice, and is incredibly supportive of every decision. She made us and our families feel excited and special every step of the way.

As a detail-oriented, Type A person, I cannot stress enough the monumental amount of logistical work that goes into a wedding. I was always worried that myself or my family would have to work on the day of the wedding, or that I would feel panicked or stressed on the day of. Being able to offload this responsibility to Erin was the greatest stress reliever. The rehearsal went so smoothly with our bridal party because Erin is efficient and can command a room.

On the wedding day itself, Erin and her assistants, Preston and Savanna, ran the entire show flawlessly. From our perspective, not a single thing went wrong. We did not have a single stressor on what could be the most stressful day of our lives, we were able to just focus on having fun and enjoying our people! The day felt truly seamless because of her diligence behind the scenes, and we didn't have any worries because we were easily able to put our full faith in Erin. Erin truly goes above and beyond, making the day personal. Just off the cuff, she brainstormed a walk-out song with me and my maid of honor when I came out in my second dress, creating the most fun re-entrance ever! She and her team truly treated our wedding as the most important day of our lives, not just another day of work.

Erin has so much insight, experience, and was always prompt and meticulous. The communication and online portal kept everything under control, guiding us every step of the way. Even with her having a precious baby boy during our planning process, her work-life balance was exceptional, and she picked right back up where her lead planners left off when she was back at work. This was truly amazing because when you're planning an event over a year out, ANYTHING can happen in that time, but Erin made sure we were taken care of, and we whole-heartedly believe she was made to do this.

I had zero stress on my wedding day because I had 100% trust in Erin & her team to carry out my vision. They are a grounding, fun, positive presence, and I am forever grateful for their coordination. I consider Erin a friend after this entire process.

Throughout our 2 year wedding planning process, my husband and I kept saying that Erin & her team were the best decision that we made!! Erin at Erin Cleveland Events was one of the best decisions we made in making sure our wedding went off without a hitch (or at least, any that I had to worry about). Even with a few unexpected events outside of our control (venue policies changing last minute for example), Erin was communicative, supportive, and positive while remaining realistic. She and her team (Gracie and Lizzie) didn't flinch when our venue's power went out the night before the wedding and didn't come back on in time for our event - she communicated it promptly to me and managed the situation directly with the vendors and I never even had to worry about it. Highly recommend proper event management services so you can enjoy your day and even more highly recommend using Erin and her team.

The good news is: I finally have Erin in my life. The bad news: I didn’t know Erin sooner. Brides and grooms, you *need* to book Erin and her team for your event/wedding. As a newly graduated bride, who is also extremely detail-oriented and Type A, you would not imagine the sheer amount of work that goes into every little logistical detail, decision, and idea. It would be impossible for one person do it all by themself, not to mention I absolutely did not want to put my family / guests to work on the day of the wedding. Trust me when I say that you do not want to feel flustered, panicked, or stressed on your day. Do you want to be directing guests on where to go and how to set up stuff on YOUR wedding day? If you can offload that to someone as trustworthy as Erin, it’s a no brainer. Erin and her team does it all. She will: create a timeline for your day, communicate it with all your other vendors, bring up logistical details you haven’t thought of, ensure the important details of your vision get actualized, set out your decor in the way you want it, pack it up at the end of the night, ensure all your other vendors are doing their part according to your vision and plan, and guide you and your wedding party throughout the day so that everyone is on time and in the right place. One of her team members even took videos on my phone throughout the day so we would be able to rewatch our full ceremony, toasts, and other moments that we had to miss. It felt like watching our day through the eyes of our guests! And this is just the tip of the iceberg. I felt super reassured on my wedding day with Erin nearby because I knew she was going to make the decisions and day-of-pivots for me when I did not want to think about anything besides feeling centered and ready to walk down the aisle. There were scattered showers on our day, and our first look got delayed as we waited for it to clear. Erin came into my room where I was waiting, told me it was raining but it would definitely clear in the next 10 mins. She said it in the most positive and reassuring way. I didn’t stress at all in that moment, even though I had been worried all week about rain leading up to our day. And sure enough, it cleared just like she said, and she guided us into our photos. Through it all, Erin excels at what she does and was such a grounding and positive presence for us. We’re so happy we found her and are forever grateful that she could coordinate our wedding!

Erin and her team were absolutely flawless in their planning and execution of our big day. Choosing them to help us with design and partial planning was such a good decision and I cannot recommend them enough!!! We even had a literal monsoon pay us a visit during our reception that caused a massive power outage, and let me just say that Erin and her team were on it. Not once was I stressed or upset, in fact it ended up being a fun detail on our day. The day was perfect, monsoon included :). Not to mention, the wedding was absolutely gorgeous. I absolutely love them so much and consider Erin a friend after the whole process. BOOK THEM!!! You will not regret it!

Erin and her team were incredible to work with - they absolutely made my wedding day seamless, stress-free and overall perfect. My husband and i got married at king family vineyard in July, and although we hired Erin Cleveland events for day of coordination services only, Erin met on-site with us several times in the weeks leading up to the day and was in touch with our vendors throughout. On the day of the wedding, Erin and her team made sure everything happened on time while making everyone involved feel comfortable and relaxed. I could not speak more highly of them!

We worked with Steph as our month-of wedding coordinator and she was wonderful! She was super organized, responsive, and helped me think of all the little things that were important but were not at all on my radar. She was fun to work with but also knows how to get the job done! In terms of cost, I was surprised at how affordable Erin Cleveland's services were and found I paid the same amount for their month-of services as I would have for most other local day-of coordinators. If I could go back, the only think I would have done differently is to have used her as a full-service wedding planner because it would have been 100% worth it :)

While we were looking around for different planners, we instantly knew we wanted to work with Erin from our first call with her. She was warm, professional, experienced, and confident in our vision. We immediately put all of our trust in her and booked her the next day.

Leading up to our wedding, Erin was always there to provide vendor recommendations and move us along the planning process. She was available when we had any questions, and consistently delivered thoughtful and helpful advice. About three months out, she started sending us more detailed planning checklists, things we needed to prepare for, and documents to help us and her team stay organized for the day of.

Because of all the detailed documents and calls leading up to our wedding day, there were absolutely no nerves the day of! We were completely able to enjoy every moment of the day with no worries about how the timeline would flow, where we needed to be, and how our guests were doing. It was the most perfect day. Erin and her team were able to keep everything running on time and smoothly, coordinate with all of our vendors, and ensure everything was cleaned and packed up at the end of the night.

Erin is so, incredibly, thoughtful, personable, and genuine. Her dedication to her couples is amazing, and she is truly one of a kind. We recommend her to any couples looking for an amazing planner!
