  Erin and her team were incredible to work with

  Erin and her team were incredible to work with - they absolutely made my wedding day seamless, stress-free and overall perfect. My husband and i got married at king family vineyard in July, and although we hired Erin Cleveland events for day of coordination services only, Erin met on-site with us several times in the weeks leading up to the day and was in touch with our vendors throughout. On the day of the wedding, Erin and her team made sure everything happened on time while making everyone involved feel comfortable and relaxed. I could not speak more highly of them!

  Erin and her team were incredible to work with - they absolutely made my wedding day seamless, stress-free and overall perfect.   Steph is the best!

  We worked with Steph as our month-of wedding coordinator and she was wonderful! She was super organized, responsive, and helped me think of all the little things that were important but were not at all on my radar. She was fun to work with but also knows how to get the job done! In terms of cost, I was surprised at how affordable Erin Cleveland's services were and found I paid the same amount for their month-of services as I would have for most other local day-of coordinators. If I could go back, the only think I would have done differently is to have used her as a full-service wedding planner because it would have been 100% worth it :)

  We worked with Steph as our month-of wedding coordinator and she was wonderful! She was super organized, responsive, and helped me think of all the little things that were important but were not at all on my radar. She was fun to work with but also knows how to get the job done!   Erin is incredible!

  Erin Cleveland and her team are top notch. We couldn't recommend any planning and design team enough. While we were looking around for different planners, we instantly knew we wanted to work with Erin from our first call with her. She was warm, professional, experienced, and confident in our vision. We immediately put all of our trust in her and booked her the next day.
  
  Leading up to our wedding, Erin was always there to provide vendor recommendations and move us along the planning process. She was available when we had any questions, and consistently delivered thoughtful and helpful advice. About three months out, she started sending us more detailed planning checklists, things we needed to prepare for, and documents to help us and her team stay organized for the day of.
  
  Because of all the detailed documents and calls leading up to our wedding day, there were absolutely no nerves the day of! We were completely able to enjoy every moment of the day with no worries about how the timeline would flow, where we needed to be, and how our guests were doing. It was the most perfect day. Erin and her team were able to keep everything running on time and smoothly, coordinate with all of our vendors, and ensure everything was cleaned and packed up at the end of the night.
  
  Erin is so, incredibly, thoughtful, personable, and genuine. Her dedication to her couples is amazing, and she is truly one of a kind. We recommend her to any couples looking for an amazing planner!

  Easy to work with and great at her job

  Erin and her team are the literal best! She started helping coordinate vendors months in advance and even attended meetings with us. She always kept us in the loop on all conversations and got our approval for any changes. When we needed help deciding on vendors, Erin made thoughtful suggestions within our budget.
  On the day of the wedding Erin and her team helped setup for hours while also managing to keep the whole bridal party and vendors on our agreed upon timeline. Through out the reception Erin and her team went above and beyond with their assistance. For example the section where the bride and groom were sitting was incredibly warm which led to the bride overheating. Erin’s team left the reception and retrieved a personal fan for her to cool off with.
  With Erin helping plan your event you won’t have to worry about the details and you can rest assured that her team will be there to make sure every thing goes to plan.

  Wish I had more events for Erin to plan!!!

  Erin was my saving grace before and during my wedding, and truly felt like I was working with a close friend all the while. She's detail oriented, communicative, and has anything you could possibly need on wedding day. Working with her was a dream and I wish I had more events to plan so I could work with her more!!

From the very beginning of the planning process, Erin demonstrated a level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail that left you feeling confident and excited about your big day.

She took the time to understand our personal style and preferences, and was always there to offer creative solutions and suggestions when we needed them.   Couldn't have asked for a better planner!

  Erin is the absolute BEST! I am so very grateful we had her support during our wedding planning process. She is everything that we could have asked for in a planner - she is organized, communicated with us freely and frequently, has lots of vendors that she's worked with before, and offered to help with the little things that I didn't even know a planner would help with. And I would know, because I actually was working with a different planner prior to Erin, so I could quickly tell the difference.
  
  Erin is so timely and on top of things, and I never once felt worried that something wouldn't get done. When small issues came up on our wedding day (as they always do), she helped us feel calm and I barely even knew that there were any issues, as she took care of them right away.
  
  Many other planners that I interviewed had a cap on number of phone calls that they would do, etc., but this was not the case at all with Erin. We scheduled weekly calls when we were a month out so I never felt like I was out of the loop.
  
  When I decided I wanted different colors for my bridesmaids, I then became overwhelmed with them asking me for opinions on each dress. Erin (without me asking) offered to help out and create an email chain with my bridesmaids, so I didn't have to worry. Her eye for colors and design was impeccable, and everything turned out beautifully.
  
  Lastly, we had a Jewish wedding, which Erin had some experience with but ours was a little different than some of the others. She was eager to learn and support us, and even made us the most beautiful chuppah. I know each family and couple has their own traditions and I definitely recommend Erin as someone who will learn about them and respect them as they come to life on your wedding day. As I said, I couldn't recommend her enough :)

  Erin is terrific. She is enthusiastic, detail oriented, and professional. She kept my daughter on schedule in hiring vendors and informing us of when payments were done which significantly reduced the stress of planning the wedding. Her recommendations for possible vendors was spot on and resulted in the wedding that perfectly met our expectations & budget. She also handled all the day of obligations perfectly.
  I highly recommend Erin without any qualifications

  Best planner ever

  Erin was the perfect wedding planner for my big day. She was so caring, enthusiastic and organized throughout our entire time together. She made my floor plan and event timeline flawlessly and offered to do above and beyond what I would have expected. She even managed to coordinate and get in touch with my DJ and transportation vendor where I was unable. The whole process was seamless and Erin is such a pleasant and calming presence on what can already feel like a very exhausting and stressful weekend.

  Erin was the perfect wedding planner for my big day. She was so caring, enthusiastic and organized throughout our entire time together.   Erin is an amazing Coordinator!

  Our daughter's wedding day was perfect! I can't imagine anything we would have done differently. One of our best decisions was hiring Erin Cleveland as the wedding coordinator. Erin spoke with us several times and even scheduled a call with my daughter before we booked her services. From my first conversation with Erin, I felt confident she was the coordinator for us. I can not imagine trusting anyone else to handle the details involved in planning a wedding. Erin helped my daughter's wedding vision come to fruition. She was a great source of support for myself and my daughter. When my daughter wanted a champagne tower, Erin did not discourage her but suggested ways to make a champagne tower safely. Erin is a kind and dedicated wedding planner; She is so talented at her job and is encouraging. Erin coordinated with the other vendors, which made everything flow perfectly on the wedding day. Erin was so accommodating; she met with us several times in person. Her expertise was a huge help to us when meeting with the caterer and the florist. The last week before the wedding would have been particularly stressful without Erin, but Erin checked in regularly and offered her assistance. She knew the stress my daughter would be under as the wedding approached, and she requested that the vendors contact her first with last-minute questions. Erin is adept at computer wedding programs that allow you to visualize the entire reception. She created shared documents that evolved as the wedding planning progressed. As a result, It was easy to turn everything over to Erin on the wedding day because we were confident she knew what my daughter wanted. On the morning of the wedding, Erin and her assistant took all the items we brought for the wedding and set them up exactly as we discussed. She worked with all other vendors and the officiant to ensure the wedding and reception were exactly as my daughter dreamed. We were able to dance and have a carefree night of celebration; Erin and her assistant took care of everything for us. They ensured all the special moments in the receptions occurred on schedule. Also, Erin's assistant caught the bride and groom's exit on video, something we had not requested, but we were so thankful they thought to do that for us. At the end of the night, Erin and her assistant packed our car. We had so much fun we didn't want the night to end. I wish I had another wedding to plan with Erin!

  Incredible event coordinating by really lovely people!

  I can not say enough good things about Erin and her assistant, Steph, for coordinating our wedding on May 1st. When I met Erin at our walkthrough at the venue 6 weeks prior, I immediately felt stress lifting off my shoulders. She put me at ease with her wonderful demeanor and sense of humor. She conducted our ceremony rehearsal efficiently and commands attention and respect when working. On wedding day, she was on her feet the entire day handling deliveries and setup. I trusted her and Steph fully to execute each step of the wedding, staying on time and letting me enjoy the benefits of all the planning put in. My husband would recommend her services over and over again to any engaged couple searching for someone competent to make wedding dreams a reality. Thank you Erin!!

  As good as it gets!

  Erin absorbed all of the stress of wedding planning with a smile on her face! She was constantly working behind the scenes and thinking of all the small details. My family/guests were also very impressed by Erin and her team for their hard work and helpful attitudes on the big day! My wedding came together seamlessly because of her planning and coordinating. She is the best!

  Rockstar Wedding Coordinator!

  Erin stuck with us as our month/day-of wedding coordinator after COVID delayed our celebration by a year, and we are incredibly grateful she did! She is a mover and shaker who makes things happen and just gets things done! She brought an extremely positive and encouraging energy that instilled confidence in us that our special day would go off without a hitch. With Erin at the helm, we didn't have to worry at all about logistics or execution, and we could just be present and soak up every moment. From setting up rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks, to leading and coordinating the big wedding celebration, all the way to packing up after the party, Erin truly made the whole thing possible. She is decisive, efficient, and incredibly generous and selfless. She contributes great ideas, brought assistants to help execute, and makes everything all about the happy couple. It was remarkable how she did so much but in a smooth and discreet way where it was almost like she wasn't there! Erin is an awesome professional and beautiful person; we had a wonderful experience working with her and couldn't recommend her more strongly. Thank you Erin!!

  Erin is seriously incredible!!!!

  Erin the THE BEST!!!!! I hired Erin for Day/Month Of coordination and genuinely was blown away. From helping with a floral emergency to texting me to check in on how I was doing, Erin insured the planning process and the wedding day went as smoothly as possible.   Helps With Your Every Need!!

  Erin was my wedding planner that went above and beyond for me during the wedding planning process and the day of the wedding. Although COVID canceled my wedding plans, Erin was so supportive of the situation and rescheduled our day easily. She was quick to respond to all my emails, came to my vendor meetings, and was always updating my timeline to fit my needs. On the day of my wedding, her staff treated me and my husband like a queen and king. I didn't have to lift a finger for anything, she was always there helping me get to the next place. Her staff even held on to my husband's wallet for the whole wedding because he forgot to leave it in our hotel room. 10/10 recommend Erin and her team!!

I honestly can’t imagine having worked with anyone else. Erin was so organized, thoughtful and responsive to all of our questions and concerns and was on top of everything so we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. On the day of, she expertly coordinated and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and didn’t stop until she made sure we had the best day ever. And we did because of her! Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she is such a joy to be around and made us feel like we were family. If you’re still thinking about booking with her, do it today!   We loved erin & team!

  Erin and her team were phenomenal throughout our special day and leading up to it. She made the whole process so much less stressful and I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing the day off. Her and her team communicated and coordinated great with the rest of the vendor. Everything went extremely smoothly and I never got a single question the day off - so I know her and her team did everything behind the scenes: this is what you want the day off! It rained even though it wasn't supposed to and Erin & Team did their magic and reworked the venue, etc.
  Lastly, Erin and her Team are so so so so nice, friendly, people oriented and enjoyable to be around and perfectly vibed with us and our wedding guests. Everyone fit in perfectly and felt like part of the group rather than an outsider. I would hire her 100 times over again.

I felt so at ease on the day and SO MANY of my guests remarked how nice and knowledgeable she was. My venue was new at doing weddings so Erin had a lot of work cut out for her, and she did so with such grace and professionalism that I did not even know there were issues until they were solved!! I would recommend Erin to all :)

  She’s so great! Her and her team carry a spirit that makes you feel calm and taken care of. I’d call or text Erin all hours and she was always there getting excited with me, working through issues, giving ideas/strategies, or even just encouraging. My husband and I got married in 5 months during covid, which I wouldn’t recommend, but Erin helped us through and was always there assuring us the day would be perfect! She is there when you need her and she isn’t overbearing which I felt with a lot of other planners I talked to. She lets you take up the space you need and she helps you navigate it. Also,Her price is unbeatable for the service you receive. Highly recommend Erin and her team! They are going to do big things!
