Lance was phenomenal from start to finish. He scheduled meetings with us as necessary, and was extremely responsive to emails. His portal made it easy and seamless to add songs and upload timelines. He drove out to our venue in WV and did not charge a travel fee. Everyone LOVED him. He read the room and played songs accordingly. He is just the best!!!

Epic Sounds was an amazing addition to our wedding! From the beginning Lance was very attentive to our needs and our ideas. He was very flexible with our late add ons (if you’re on the fence about the photo booth definitely get it!!!!!)
He provided professional sound and service throughout our entire wedding. Everyone who needed a mic had one set up with ease. He was able to do separate music for us in a different part of the venue for guests who did not want to be around louder music or lights.
He was also ready to help with any task that was thrown his way! When I was dead set on a short clip I had seen online and had the idea to mix it with a different song, he was able to achieve my vision and took feedback when I wanted to tweak small things!
One of our favorite parts was his ability to mix all night. We did not want a DJ to just press play on a preset playlist and go about their evening. Lance was on top of it the entire time and there was no lull in music or in energy on the dance floor. We requested that there were no slow songs and each song did not play all the way through. It gave him the ability to spin and gave him autonomy to read the dance floor and play whatever fitted the vibe. He made it very easy to make requests for what to play (or not play!) ahead of time and it saved us time and stress the day of. Lance helped our wedding vision come to life – if you want a party on your dance floor, he is your guy!!!

We loved Lance! He was super responsive and helpful. He played great music throughout the night. Everyone had an excellent time!

Lance was great! Easy to work with, experienced, and you can tell how much he cares about the couples he works with. Lance had our guests up and dancing for nearly 4 hours, and everyone was still having a great time. Would recommend!

I'm writing this review about a year late but better late than never!! Lance is the absolute best and built my wedding photo booth from SCRATCH. Literally built it based on photos I sent him from Pinterest. The final product was so amazing and our guests LOVED IT. The photos were printed on site for each guest and all photos from the evening were accessible in one easy link. My husband and I loved looking back at all of the photos our guests took throughout the evening. Thank you Lance for your wonderful communication and final product!

Lance was the utmost professional and came highly recommended by our events manager at Barboursville, and now I know why! He was incredibly responsive, organized with a client portal and accommodating to all of our music requests, some of which required special downloads. He was our master of ceremonies and DJ for the whole night, didn’t skip a beat. I highly recommend Lance at Epic Sounds for any of your group events!

We hired Lance for our wedding that took place yesterday and are stopping to write a review already! He exceeded our expectations. My husband and I both had specific song requests/mixes for the dances with our parents and Lance was so easy to work with! He blended songs at the reception that kept our guests entertained and hyped up! I would highly recommend Lance for your wedding!

Lance was so flexible in working with us in his schedule and in the time to meet us in person and assisting in the walk through with our wedding coordinator and event planner. The lighting and sound were superb. We were transported with our first dance in the clouds with the stars overhead. Thank you for setting our photo backdrop and placing galaxy projectors to add to the effect.

We had the photo booth for our wedding on 1/13/24 and it was such a hit! It was so much fun! As a surprise, my family got the low fog for our first dance and the photos are amazing.
